Sorry not too keen on electric cars ...The thing is they are "False economy"
I just bought a brand new car 6 months ago...
I took the petrol option on my 2023 Vauxhall Astra 1.2 petrol ..It is returning a very healthy 52 MPG (A Gallon being 4.546 Litres for our younger viewers)
No chewing on charging the car up... No standing around in supermarket car park in the rain putting a "Charge" in the car
    All I do is this
    1) Put £30 worth of petrol in the car once a week (I get about 240-245 Miles on £30 worth of petrol... Lasts me about 1 Week)
Takes me five minutes to do so... Call at my local 24-hour Tesco petrol station at 11pm on the way home from work thus I have the petrol station all to myself.. No queuing... Straight in...Straight out...
    2) Drive it for the following week
NO DRAMA! Not standing about in a supermarket car park in the rain charging my car up at one of the charging points looking like a total chump.... Life is too short.
    Electric cars = 💩💩💩
EDIT.... I have some VERY bad news for you........ You can't take your money with you...Spend it in this life or spend it in the next... CHOOSE
    😂🤣😅🤣😅😆
DOUBLE EDIT..... Please don't believe the BS about electric cars being better for the environment...UTTER TOSH!
Look at the production of the batteries this car needs and what happens to them when they are no longer able to take a charge and hold it...
The electricity that these cars require has to be generated and this causes pollution directly or indirectly
TREBLE EDIT.... Yes, I fully understand that petrol/diesel cars simply can't go on indefinitely... However these dumb plug-in cars and NOT the answer... They are simply painting over the cracks. They are NOT the solution.
