    Hi Pradyumna, it was a great video. I am very new to this. Just wanted to know can I configure the VA in a way that it shows Kb with some text and links only based on the keywords that user will provide? Like contextual search type thing.

      Yes you can do that. You have create your own custom setup topic and have to configure your desired requirment.

    Hello! I have a question "can we restrict Virtual agent to only display Knowledge Articles and not catalog items when user types in their query in virtual agent. The AI search must only display KA's. Here the VA is using Service portal as the search profile and in this use case service portal must display both KA and CI when user's search but for VA it should be only KA's and no CI should be displayed. Please advise or upload a video. Thanks.

      Yes we can do that. You can exclude the Catalog Item index search from the search sources.
