Although I see the content of the links, I was wondering if using the result of an AI Search search, if I can open the record in a specific link. My question is because I use the portal as a front end in some workspaces and I would like to keep the opening of the links within the workspace in a workspace URL.

I have created an indexed source for incident table and search source to show only those incidents where caller is me or reported on behalf of is me but when i am searching a incident number where caller is different i am getting them in portal. How can i restrict incidents which are not raised for me from showing in results?
@@santoshregalla3029 i had added the condition in search source for incident. However i was able to resolve the issue by turning off the exact match function in typeahead search.
@@GunashekarN-d8v Opened by/Called field in Incident is reference field. When we dot walk in filter condition, it displays string field. Can you share the screenshot?
