I was under the impression that there is heavy neuting pressure in these sites, but did not see any get applied to you. Was that the result of piloting, lucky spawns, or are there not actually neuts?

No the neuting isn't that bad as long as you destroy the ships neuting you quickly you'll be fine.

Does this site spawn from escalation? I have looked at many places and they all only refer to it as a scannable signature
if i farm escalations do the DEDs spawn in the same system or can they spawn anywhere in the region? ive never anything but belt ratting in null.
Escalations can spawn in any system up to 9 jumps from where you are ... jumps can span regions
You still play? And can this loki do 7-8/10 also?
