So what I'm getting from some comments, is it's ok for random fan girls/boys to dress up and imitate their favorite musician/actor or what have you, but a famous musician can't take inspiration or pay any sort of tribute to a musician they look up to. Good to know.

First it's hide without a fucking capital. Jun is hideist is not something new, just look at this music, musically it's near than some hide's solo songs, Also look at his guitar a mockingbird style with the same green than on hide's Psychedelic Green guitar. The same for his pink' one in Flavor PV who has the same color than hide's Shocking Pink guitar. n' Jun has pink hair since the hide memorial summit where Phantasmagoria played. It's like a tribute to hide. I love Jun's music.
Hide and Jun have completely different styles so I don't know why you are comparing them. I like both, though... I like Jun a little better, because he is more my style. ^_~
