I have that skin condition as well! My bumps don’t rlly go away when u do this but they are less red and not raised, but I exfoliate with a sugar scrub and use the cera ve SA cream!
Hey Sarah so I have the same bumps on my arms and face and I went to the doctor for it and they told me to get the cera ve sa lotion they also make a body wash to I hope that helped

My family and I,lost our home about 9 years ago and had to move in to one of our rentals which is a tiny house with only 1 bathroom. 1 bathroom for 5 people! Anyways, I haven't showered and need the motivation to do it. Just to think of all I have to do seems like a chore to me. But I want to be clean. Help! ❤😊

I have keratosis pilaris too and I have recently started using the glycolic acid toner from the ordinary, it seems to be helping!
