Hi there. I just discovered the ability to be able to email invoices/contracts through quickbooks but one issue I'm having is I can't seem to find the history of invoices/contracts I send. These emails don't appear in my "Sent" inbox on my email, which is what I want. I use Xfinity for emails but I was seeing if you had an answer to this or have had this issue. I guess worst-case scenario I could just CC myself but I figured I'd ask first. Thank you!

After I sent the invoice it gives me a box that says "Incorrect credentials or Gmail Settings". I put in my email passcode but its not accepting it, tried many times, still not going through...help..:(

What if your password does not work? What if you are able to access your Gmail account and you KNOW your password, but no matter how many times you enter it, or change it and it works just fine, but you go to Quickbooks and it refuses to accept the password that works ust fine on every other program?

I am helping a friend with his company bookkeeping We are using QuickBooks 2010. I have added two active Gmail accounts to use for sending invoices and estimates. When I try to send, the email is grayed out as your was, however when I enter the password it says it is incorrect. I have logged I to these accounts in Gmail and the password I'd good. I have typed it into QuickBooks a number of times thing that possibly I wasn't typing it correctly but no success. Any ideas? Does QuickBooks need to verify the accounts some way?

good info but I was going to send the Proposal/Estimate to the customer, by the way, QB says estimate but the document says Proposal, why the confusion? Hi Im using the non profit edition. I'm running a church and I only have one income account labeled donations. I have one item pointing to that one income account. I have then created a bunch of classes ie: monthly donations, general donations, donations for new building. Hi Candus, I've just upgraded to 2016 and do not see the "Send Later" option when emailing an invoice. It is very helpful if I have to include specific information, such as a shipment's tracking number that would be available later. I would set the email up for that customer, hit "send later" and re-open it when I got the rest of the info.

Hi Candus, Love your videos. We are using QB Pro 2016. We have made the switch to email invoices. However, we typically send along a copy of a signed delivery ticket "backup" with the invoice and noticed the (Attach File) button. I have started scanning and attaching the backup in the hopes to send it out along with the invoice. Although, it seems that when emailing the invoice it does not automatically attach the attached backup. Is there a way to send both the invoice and the attached backup without having to re attach the backup? Hope that makes sense...

Hello Candus , I have proper info entered but I am still having trouble sending invoices with email , I am using yahoo.com. I looked in settings and dont see anything that could help me there . Plus I can not print invoices even though they are showing up in preview ...HELP.
OMG I figured it out . QB just doesn't like yahoo mail even though it has set up info . Plus it received an update and looks like extra step for printing ... just stupid .

We're thinking about using QuickBooks to send out our company's monthly invoices. But we have ~ 70 invoices that go out each month. Is there a way that QuickBooks can get the needed info. electronically and generate the invoices without us having to generate each one manually?

Hello Candus , I have proper info entered but I am still having trouble sending invoices with email , I am using yahoo.com. I looked in settings and dont see anything that could help me there . Plus I can not print invoices even though they are showing up in preview ...HELP.
OMG I figured it out . QB just doesn't like yahoo mail even though it has set up info . Plus it received an update and looks like extra step for printing ... just stupid .

I have been emailing my invoices for a long time. Today I went in as usual but when the screen came up to enter my email password it just kept saying it wasn't my password. I've tried everything; I changed my email password and same message, I changed my email account to another email and again it's telling me my password is incorrect. What went wrong?
I am using yahoo. Nothing has changed, new antivirus. It was working fine Friday when I turned everything off.

Hi Candus, does the email batch option work to send invoices to multiple clients with different emails? Im trying to figure out a way to mass do my billing by selecting multiple Clients and send the last due invoice for each all at once, instead of doing one by one..any ideas? Thank you!

We're thinking about using QuickBooks to send out our company's monthly invoices. But we have ~ 70 invoices that go out each month. Is there a way that QuickBooks can get the needed info. electronically and generate the invoices without us having to generate each one manually?
