Goresh seems to keep forgetting Ultra Rosé seals blues on strikes/supers (and ults but lol) and yes the seal lasts long enough to use a strike and immediately use a blast-based arts afterwards. The only prerequisite is to inflict a Abnormal Condition which is pretty easy to do with units like Zenkai LL Rosé and Ultra Rosé himself. Once Ultra Rosé users get out of the months of trauma UGB has inflicted on the meta, that counter gauge will start to become a lot less dangerous.

Hey goresh yk you could’ve used a blast arts even w ugb gauge active granted he would Draw the blue but ugb can’t immediately use it since it’s sealed by rose for 3 or 5 counts since ugb was very annoying in that match.
Guys this is a really serious issue, lag is really killing this game fr idk if i wanna play pvp again after getting banned like 3 or 4 times just becuz the game can't determine what server i should be put on for better connection, it has come to the point where i have gotten a perma ban warning just for laggin when it's not even my fault.
Meanwhile in Gokkan Battle he has zero usable units. Goes to show which game is fair and without biases and which hates all villains. Especially Black.
His blue card gives you stage 4 cancer (not my words but it was a pretty accurate way of describing all the damn debuffs the special move gives) and you can't switch against his nuclear damage combos because he'll just get more cards to hit you with. Balanced is complete hogwash.
This tag has everything we need. A Godly carry unit, an endurence nulifier, and a rising rush fodder.

Yeah the seal really comes in handy. I do it with Rose and I do it with tag SSJ4s also to trigger his gauge and he can't retaliate.
