If you are a true man, when you see your opponent lying down, don't hit him anymore and he can't get up anymore, be a true man who sees a fallen opponent, stop hitting him, just consider that we win
Ground and pound m8. Not everybody who lands down stays down. Casual
Gotta make sure your opponent is not getting up again for another round or you might be in his situation. Pick one.

I agree with you that once down stop hitting. But you also have to understand that once you enter that fight mindset, that your head in fierce place and hard to turn off instantly. Now some of them just assholes that want to keep hitting.
Of course a TH-cam genius telling people what a true man is. These guys do it for a living and they're told fight until the ref stops it. Take a midol.

As much as I enjoy MMA, it is kinda scary. You’re at the referee’s mercy if you’re knocked into oblivion and the person that just knocked you out sees fit to keep landing solid head to ground shots. These fighters are in a primal state of mind. The training keeps them there in the moment to a degree, but that old survival mode we all have in us must take over sometimes. A good ref might be the difference between life and death.
Kicks directly to the knee are actually illegal I believe because just like eye pokes they're OP. MVP has made a career out of essentially ruining the careers of part time MMA fighters. Good to finally see him in the UFC.

@@sucraf1 I think it falls under the foul - 'Unsportsmanlike conduct that causes injury to an opponent'. Super vague to be fair I actually didn't realise it's essentially up to the ref on the night. It's why most knee attacks are actually aimed at the thigh just above, usually cause injury anyway as in the case of Wonderboy, Whittaker etc. But yeah, not officially a specific rule, just could be seen as a foul depending on the ref.

Just like the oblique kicks that Jon Jones uses they are frowned upon in some circles but very legal in the octagon.

1:55, fighters should use the spinning back fist more often; it is almost always a knockout, and always unexpected.
Knees and elbows are also very effective, and also, usually unexpected.

why these fighter proceed to attack when the opponent is already knock out
Because in UFC a fighter can get knocked down without being knocked out, if I fighter knocks down an opponent it's hard to decipher if it's just a knock down or a knockout so to be sure they will quickly pounce so mitigate any risk of them just being knocked down and finish the job
