@Fol übla Haider It is true. I don't see how people say Drake has surpassed Wayne as far as rap goes. Drake can't even freestyle while Wayne can go in the booth without writing and drop better bars than Drake.
I feel that Lyrically..he has elevated to a level no one has reached. Off the dome just ONE bar can mean up to ten different things and ties to other songs from a decade before. His algorithm his genius is unmatched. I can hear one song hundreds of times and years later I still hear yet another bar that went over my head. It’s so deep that most just don’t get it
Some of his verses i don't get till years later lol I hear song again and I'm like DAYYYUUUMMM 😅😅😅 wayne and em are amazing at what they do and both so diff at same time
yeah for sure. Speaking of, a lot of people don't like the new Eminem music as much as his old but his Kamikaze and Music to be murdered by 1&2 are examples of how much better Em has gotten. He has bars that I still try won't get till down the line. Also, Royce 5 9's bars are so deep that once I do understand some of them, I'm blown away by how crazy they are. Kxng Crooked is another one.
IMO Wayne is the greatest. He has everything: flow, substance, bars, delivery, originality, and influence. People wanted to be like Wayne like they wanted to be like Pac. I've only been a Lil Wayne fan for about a month and a half (since July 2022), but I've already watched countless interviews, follow him on social media, listen to him on a daily basis, and I'm currently reading his memoir/diary that he wrote while in jail. I love his wordplay, creativity, intelligence, and personality. He really seems like a nice, genuine, and appreciative person, even though the media often doesn't want to portray that side of him. If I could have been present to witness him recording any song, I'd probably choose 6 Foot 7 Foot, because the metaphors are INSANE!!! Or maybe How to Love, because it's so emotional and allows us to see his softer side.

Nahh, Lil Wayne has been number 1 for me for many years already. All of my friends also either have Wayne as their top or in their top 5. Anyone overlooking him just don't understand rap.
My all time favorite rapper and will always be. I was in high school when he shocked the world with his awesome cast of features and releases. I've seen him live 5 times and loved every second of each one. The best rapper ever Dewayne Micheal Carter
Wayne is my favorite rapper in the world.. Of course I have other favorites that I listen to from time to time, but I remember listening to CashMoney Hotboys albums when Wayne had an Afro and Juvenile/BG were looked at as the best out of the group. I was there when CM broke up and Wayne put the record label on his back. I was there when Wayne started The SQAD UP mixtape series. I was there when all of his features were being dropped on limewire. I’m 31yo now, and I literally started listening to Lil Wayne when I was like 8/9years old. His run to greatness might be the GREATEST of all time💯
Lil Wayne, the true GOAT. Been rapping for over 30 years, still untouchable and still relevant. The first true RAPSTAR. Nobody else comes even close. Started first rapping when he was just 8 , is almost 40 and everybody knows about him. Once in a lifetime story and talent. Give him his flowers.
Greatest lyrically inclined rapper in my book... his word play is unlike no other... I be shocked when folks don't even have him in the top 5, or top ten at that...
His dedication to the Carter’s albums are just pure artistry.. his rhymes and bars are second to none IN THE WORLD!! Easily the best rapper in the world! And apart from his skills behind the microphone.. he’s a awesome father/person! Legend of the rap game 4 everrrr gggg 🔥🔥💯💯💯
The video was very well put together. Thanks for giving the goat his flowers because nowadays rappers are either disrespected when they get "old" or only praised once they're dead whether it happens sooner or later.
Wayne definitely deserve all his flowers 💐 forever because he influenced a whole generation man salute to Wayne and salute to birdman and cash money for letting the world to 👂 hear him
Lil Wayne is one of the only current rappers that when listening to most of his songs, there's something he says that's so dope that you have to hear the verse or verses again immediately. There's always something that makes you say "wait....did you hear wtf he said?" Followed by an undeniable urge to play it back. The question of "did you hear wtf he said?" Is not just asked when with others. A lot of the times the question is asked out loud when you're by yourself. After playing it again there's always this speechless aww feeling that's only caused by the experience of greatness . And the joy / appreciation of being the one witnessing what was just heard.
Love this video bro . Not enough people really understand or give the time to appreciate what this man has done on this earth as far as music . If god was a rapper he’d look like Wayne

Wayne was the pioneer for almost all the new shit going on today, from the style, the tats, the flow, to the rockstar mentality and more. Wayne is the God Father to all the new artists. He was the one that took the blows and criticism for everything that's popular today. Weezy the Goat now and 4ever

not to mention he literally is still free styling till this day
you're slighting wayne on all the 9s & u didn't even put cadence, delivery or even versatility lol
Need a track with new Wayne and new Em. Their styles would definitely still compliment each other's.
The fact that I know every clip in this mini documentary just makes me happy as a Lil Wayne fan 🥲
Wayne’s style and metaphors bred so many styles TODAY and he doesn’t get enough respect for that!
Lil Wayne = 🐐. That’ll never change 💯
His music is ageless and his music always surprises me 🤦🏻♂️🔥🔥
Flowers for this man have been long overdue and what’s crazy is that our other candidates for the goat status are either dead or In their 50s I.e Eminem , Jay Z,Nas...While Wayne is still only 38 LMAO
He's 39...40 in sept
Nahh, Lil Wayne has been number 1 for me for many years already. All of my friends also either have Wayne as their top or in their top 5. Anyone overlooking him just don't understand rap.
I respect this man🙏🏽.. Lil Tunchi

My all time favorite rapper and will always be. I was in high school when he shocked the world with his awesome cast of features and releases. I've seen him live 5 times and loved every second of each one. The best rapper ever Dewayne Micheal Carter
I would love to see him create that “swag surf” freestyle on no ceilings. Bars were insane!!
Naw, run this town freestyle. Killed it bro...
@@waytogowaynes666 factual 🔥
facts, a lot of people dont know it only took wayne 3 weeks or less to make the no ceilings mixtape
Definetly deserves the Flowers.
Dood has songs with some of the biggest artists out there!
2007-11 he was getting so many features because he was that biggest artist out there
@@cliffordthomas9776 of course i meant Legends in the game that were there before him.
Give him his flowers.
no doubt
Let's not go to far
@@str8duval it's not too far
@@jonahjoy5463 it's way to far lol.

This video was incredibly fun to make and research because Wayne is so unique. The 10,000 bars story is wild. A 🐐who deserves all of his 💐
The video was very well put together. Thanks for giving the goat his flowers because nowadays rappers are either disrespected when they get "old" or only praised once they're dead whether it happens sooner or later.
Man this brings tears to my eye's. The magnitude of inspiration Wanye given to this planet is off the charts.
Wayne definitely deserve all his flowers 💐 forever because he influenced a whole generation man salute to Wayne and salute to birdman and cash money for letting the world to 👂 hear him
That “I have class” to “he has class” it’s little tweaks like that, that make me love the process of music production.
I would've loved to watch him record 'Pussy,Money,Weed'
One of my favourite songs ever along with Tha Mobb, Wayne is the greatest ever to me
Tha Mobb my shit 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 “Young tune the big cahoona ; Its my ocean baby yall niggas is tuna.”🔥🔥🐐
Forgot abt that song, on it lol

Factual.
mane wat he did to features in 2021 waz brazy.
Love this video bro . Not enough people really understand or give the time to appreciate what this man has done on this earth as far as music . If god was a rapper he’d look like Wayne
That freestyle at 2:34 🔥 The way Wayne put words together is vicious! One of the GOATS.
Top 3 lyricists of all time for me 💯
Thank you for this King! We needed this
Wayne kept us fed before streaming.. I remember hearing hit songs and saying, "Can't wait til Wayne kills this."

Wayne is the best to ever do it man... Drake is further proof of that.
I love his delivery! It's unique and recognizable. Lil Wayne exclusive!
Thank you for this video!!! I don't always agree with Wayne's politics but he is HANDS DOWN one of the ILLEST to ever touch a mic! SALUTE TUNECHI!!!
I would want to be in the studio when he did Amilli. Cos Tha Carter III was the turning point in Wayne's career as a superstar
Man that's Star67🔥 got chills when I first heard it

for Lil Wayne I think I would like to be in every studio session.....the flows are just so incredible.
"Ima misfit ducking the fashion 1 time" is throw away bar and is more fire than most rappers ever spit
GOAT !!!!!! LEGEND !!!! 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🌟🌟🌟🌟🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Although he’s seen as one of the greatest. I’ve always thought he’s been slept on. His metaphors and similes are crazy. He’s uniquely different.
His bars in No Love was just💥.
Throw dirt on me and grow a wild flower 🌸.... Sheeeeeesh
Wayne in the studio is like a pro skater riding street. He been doing it since he was a kid. He better be damn good.
Wayne was the pioneer for almost all the new shit going on today, from the style, the tats, the flow, to the rockstar mentality and more. Wayne is the God Father to all the new artists. He was the one that took the blows and criticism for everything that's popular today. Weezy the Goat now and 4ever

All my Indian brothers and sisters who vibes on lollipop raise your hands. Either he or akon was the first Hip Hop artist I heard for the first time.
Same. But I'm not Indian
Agreed
You should’ve had the clip of Mac saying they clowned Kendrick because K-Dot got Fight The Feeling days before Wayne got The Question and Wayne had his verse done and sent back within 24 hours but Kendrick took a week or two 😂🖤
I’ve always been so happy for mac for getting a wayne verse and a Kendrick verse on the same project
@@carlossixtos don’t forget Cam’ron & Juicy J 🔥
That's the part we meant to put lol but amazing story!
@@tylertracey8207 yeah it’s just crazy he put that out for free instead of it being an album
@@hiphopdx that’s hilarious 😂
We appreciate the shoutout at 12:20 🦆
Arguably the 🐐 everything is up for debate but I don't see anyone pushing a versus
Can u imagine if Wayne and Hov dropped a track today
It wouldn't be impactful as it would've been when Wayne was the hottest artist
@@Kemetblack90 they did that already!
Wayne would still kill jay on the track, jay z dont wanna embarrass himself
Thank you for this 🖤
Thanks for watching!
1 of the best commercials I've seen was Jay Z different album cover

You break it down like this damn I pretty much grew up with Wayne...I remember all of this like it was yesterday
That old clip of Nicki blew my mind, she has changed a lot
