    Green Coriander Leaves - a small bunch (धनिया पत्ता - थोड़ी सी)
    Green Chillies - 4 (हरी मिर्च - 4, दो टुकड़ों में कटी हुई)
    Green Peas - 1 cup (हरी मटर - 1 कप)
    Ginger (crushed) - 1 piece (अदरक - 1 टुकड़ा, कुटा हुआ)
    Dry Fruits (सूखे मेवे):
    Cashews - 8-10 (काजू - 8-10)
    Raisins - 10-12 (किशमिश - 10-12)
    Whole Spices (साबुत मसाले):
    Bay Leaves - 3-4 (तेजपत्ता - 3-4)
    Black Cardamom - 2 (बड़ी इलायची - 2)
    Green Cardamom - 4 (छोटी इलायची - 4)
    Cinnamon - 1 piece (दालचीनी - 1 टुकड़ा)
    Cloves - 4 (लौंग - 4)
    Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp (जीरा - 1 चम्मच)
    Spices (पिसे मसाले):
    Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp (अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट - 1 चम्मच)
    Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp (हल्दी पाउडर - 1 चम्मच)
    Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp (लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 चम्मच)

    Garam Masala - 1 tsp (गरम मसाला - 1 चम्मच)

    Salt - to taste (नमक - स्वादानुसार)
