    When dealing damage to each enemy for the first time, Frighten the target for 5sec
    1st Skill (M3):
    The next attack deals 180% True damage to nearby ground enemies.
    2nd Skill (M3):
    Passive effect: Increases SP recovery rate +0.5/s if there are 2 or more allies in the surrounding 8 tiles.
    Active effect: Attack Range +1, Attack increases +180%, and attacks Target +1.
    (Unlimited duration)
    3rd Skill (M3):
    Summons a Golden Vow on deployable ground tiles in the surrounding 8 tiles. Can attack enemies blocked by allies in the surrounding 8 tiles; Attack increases +190%, Attack Target +3, Attack Interval reduces, and attacks deal True damage.

    Too bad without her og talent her flip couldn't be as frequent, but maybe that's for good reason

      The "good reason" I suspect we sometimes may have for HG not giving an op some particular feature, could be to give that feature to someone else in the future. Coincidentally, Seige Alter's S2 has the the infinite duration that we wanted for Viviana's S3, as an example.

      it should be balanced, if she has a talent like her vanguard ver. and the skill was the charge type it would be broken AFK/land holder skill bcs it give true damage instead of arts damage

    My thoughts on Siege Vina Victoria. Her kit revolves around True Damage and Frighten which is her 2nd Talent. Her first Talent encourages to deploy ops around Vina which buffs them and herself by reducing physical damage (her main survival) and increasing her damage the more allies around the issue with this is vulnerable to AOE damage.
    Skill 1 is fine as it was no need for charges it deals True Damage Cross tile and have no limit to the amount of enemies as long as in range.
    Skill 2 might seem similar to Viviana but it was Automatic and have Infinite Duration. Increase Damage and increase 1 Tile and 1 Target. This was also fine as it was. If they think this just need another 1 like AOE guard then it was no different to Surtr and Viviana Skill 3 at least this one have no gimmick or Debuff no need for manual activation making it Great for AFK.
    Her Skill 3 is absolute beast another True Damage skill and can attack 3 enemies that has been block summon a Lions that also deals true Damage. But the disadvantages of this they can only be summon on ground tiles it has long SP and Short Duration. The only thing that I want that is missing here was can deploy Lions on Range tile that have cross range of attack.
    Overall she's pretty great worth the hype even it was not OP as the other operator. That was the Truth about True Damage dealing operator. ❤

      I honestly haven't decided if she's OP or not, but her S2 is like Blaze S2 but deals arts, has 1 less target, and the + to attack is almost double what Blaze gets. +180% for Siege alt vs +100% for Blaze. This feels like a straight up power creep to Blaze, particularly since the 1 fewer target is not a big hindrance if you kill targets faster. Plus you can give siege 6% attack buffs up to 48% theoretically.
      Some counterpoints though. Blaze will likely have 75-100 more base attack as centurions tend to have higher base attack than arts guards. Though this still doesn't make up for 80% difference in attack buffs. Blaze can keep scaling past 3 targets through other sources like Heidi, Nian, or SSS defender gear, while Siege Alter will always only hit 2 targets.
      In the end, Blaze and Siege are good against different enemies so it's not necessarily a direct power creep but the higher attack buff doesn't really feel warranted or balanced in any way. The fact that she has true damage skills is going to make her S2 potentially a bit more niche but she definitely feels like an M6 if not M9able operator. I could see a slightly higher attack buff than Blaze to offset the fewer targets but 80% with the potential for more is pretty huge.
      Her S3 hits 4 enemies not 3. It's +3 from her base 1.
      I would agree that compared to Nearl Alter S3 Siege Alter doesn't feel like she's OP. Nearl's massive base attack is going to give her higher DPH even with a lower attack bonus. 140% for Nearl Alter vs 238% for Siege Alter (counting all the lion's 6% attack buffs). Still that is 2,400 damage for Nearl vs 2,000 damage for Siege. Nearl also has a much shorter cooldown, 66% of Siege Alters (40 sp vs 60 sp). Finally, dreadnought guards attack time is 1 second while arts guards attack time is 1.25 seconds giving Nearl 5 more attacks over the skill duration than Siege. So Nearl alter's single target damage potential feels higher but Siege alter obviously has the advantage against groups of enemies. Seems pretty balanced in that regard.

      1st point about Blaze and Vina s2 comparision : you don't have to worry about Blaze being powercreep at all, since others guard has already kick her out long ago. On a more serious note, Siege really can't powercreep Blaze, since her 1 block , no res ignore and no healing make her less desired for this kind of jobs, especially the res ignore part since it can hurt her dmg by alot.
      2nd point, Siege actual has more total dmg than NTR under s3, since she cut down her atk interval to only 1s. The other problem is as you say, the skill down time is a bit long, which can sometimes hurt her usage (50s CD, 25s duration, so 33% uptime)

      A lot of the blaze use cases you put her behind like saria and she also kills enemies even before they get to her to be blocked in daily usage which will be even more true with an additional +80% attack. So there is a good portion of the time where Blaze's block count only matters in terms of how many enemies she can damage.
      Though it is a fair point that when you need to block multiple enemies then Siege alter is not going to work and gives Blaze some additional niche.
      TBF I was never arguing that she had less total damage, just less single target damage and even with a 1s attack interval which NTR is already at by default she is still doing 400 less damage per hit. Unless she ends up having a much higher base attack than the other arts guards (I haven't seen her actual stats or trust bonus etc...). It's also dependent on if the tiles around her can have units on them or not. She needs all 8 tiles to be occupied to get the full damage and I'm assuming the lion's can't spawn on ranged tiles, plus there are constantly undeployable tiles in stages.
      I mean these showcases that show how the skill can be optimized are great but in reality it's going to be rare that you can get the full potential out of her S3. If you want to measure it fairly you should probably assume something closer to 4-5 units in the surrounding 8 tiles. Fortunately, even with a lower DPH as long as there are enough enemies worthy of being true damaged she will still put out good total damage.

      @@ian59 urhhhh no, Dreadnought atk interval is 1,5s. I think you confused it with the Blazing Sun stats. But yeah Vina only out dmg NTR when she has all 8 allies, so I guess not much will change

    Finally, another operator that also benefits from civilight true damage relic in IS which is noice.
    Especially in combination with spinach type relics with that S1 hehehe...

    Shes actually suprisingly balanced, i expected some heavy powercreep
    Her s1 occasional true damage is nice but no stacks and being a 1 block op on default hurts it quite a ton
    Her s2 is infinite but the dps is actually much lower than most infinite skills and has no res ignore to deal with res
    Her s3 is her best skill, its essentially a better Nearl alter s3 with much more consistent true damage application but looking at it from the perspective of all operators its not the most broken skill ever, has a big downtime and the skill dps sits at around 2.5k wich is low actually. It being true damage is also not the most unique aspect as we have effectively true damage with current heavy elemental damage operators we have already and current guard numbers are well enough to beat even highest of defensive enemies. That aside the skill shines with its ability to create summons wich is actually very good for her, shes less of a boss killer like operator but more of a front lane all around damage dealer that can deal with any enemy and hold an entire wave.
    I think overall she is very cool, surprisingly balanced and fun to use wich was very unexpected!

      @@MHsZv no lad, she slightly above Nearl Alter down side of her is short skill active her dmg number is quite good, but more if she can charger her skill 1 and skill 2 with 3 hit target and finally she can hit out side of her lion summon

      Well at the very least if her damage ends up paired or below surtr she still has the option of being an AFK unit while Surtr also can but she's just not that impressive in that regard
