    It would be nice to have the end show how the cuttings grew in 2-3 weeks, no?

      Before watering you should check the soil If it is wet no need of giving water if it is dry you can... I give 4 times a week.. In winter but in summer I check Daily before watering

      I have one fairly long question.
      I took a few cuttings and trimmed all buds off only leaving 3 leaves on about 5-6 inches hard stem.
      Will they be able to survive like this, without the flowers or buds at this length? ( used root hormone).
      Thank you

      @@shxnya_ when my celosia started drooping I just gave it a good saturated watering and let it drain out thru the holes on bottom and next day was back to normal

    • @purpleray9406
      @purpleray9406 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@shxnya_ I water by completely saturating the soil and letting drain/dry(depending on diff plants but the drain method works for these I’ve found) completely, plants will tell you if they need water, aka drooping or leaves curling, every plant is different, if still not sure you can stick finger in about an inch to tell based on soil texture. (Succulents prob need water like every three weeks or so, and again each one may have specific care.)
      also too much sunlight can scorch them as well, they need like 70% sunlight I believe. and check them out for any mites or bugs of any kind cause they may cause your plant to die ): some bugs and bacteria are good for your soil tho. I also saw someone mist their plant and release some lady bugs they bought onto their plant so the lady bugs will eat and take care of mites and the mist is for the lady bugs to drink, but remember to mostly water soil and that there are no big droplets or excess water on leaves cause it will grow bacteria and decay unfortunately. But this is all stuff that I’ve newly learned and I’m sorry if anything is wrong I’ve tried to fact check everywhere haha I don’t want my plant babies to suffer because of my ignorance lol

      My flowers are drooping after I put them in a coir lined hanging basket,they were fine in the nursery pots until I changed them.i just put them back in a nursery pot and watered the hell out of them. Right now I've placed them on a balcony ledge west facing, is that too much? Also it's 30-35°c here. Please advice because I can't seem to find any answers to the plant drooping or dying except for checking for pests lol @@purpleray9406
