First, autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder not a nutrition problem. This discussion is simply about a subjective experience. Increase of height is totally physiological and depends on genetics. No one can increase it with any medication. OT is the prime treatment for autism. No one can deny it except people with narcissism. Do develop a better treatment but avoid criticizing other noble profession which are evidence based with worldwide practice.

It’s seems you are not a qualified paediatrician.if you have treatment of autism then tell us your research done on this topic. The region you have given for speech problems is not scientific at all. Even your view on intelligence level of autism is not correct .Occupational therapy and speech therapy are well established profession worldwide.

Sir what you done is great but the knowledge you share about therapies especially occupational therapy is not correct and not acceptable. Please check your facts and then say such things on these platforms.. you’re misguiding the people.. occupational therapy is an evidence based practise and it shows such good results soo please in the name of promoting your work don’t defame another profession.

Being a medical practitioner, it is not fair to comment on other professions like occupational therapy and speech therapy which has prime role in autism... Medicines have some limitations and have side effects too...but therapies always help kids with autism for their better life. Its a multidisciplinary approach which gives us results.

Sir, firstly go and study what an occupational therapy is. Occupational Therapy se bhi bahut bache thik hote hain. It just depends upon bache ki age bcz the most of the brain develops by the age of 5 so uske baad brain ka improvement aata hai but slowly, but that doesn't means ki occupational therapy kuch ni krta.

You should not comment on other therapeutic management procedures, as you are not qualified on those. OT is recognised under NCAHP act and Speech Therapy is recognised under RCI act. Stop behaving like a jerk and restrict yourself for spreading false information about other professionals.

With due respect to you and your profession (though I'm not sure about your true qualification), without knowing about any profession kindly don't spread negative words in social media. Occupational therapy and Speech therapy both are evidence based practice.
