    That manufacturer who can find a cylinder system that does not leave cylinder line marks will be a genius!

      Korth has, but only if you get the DLC coating. My charcoal blue Vintage came with a very faint drag line straight from the factory.

      @@alj.granda8252 I have owned several revolvers either Colt or S&W with no drag line. The drag line is not caused by normal rotation of the cylinder but rather closing the cylinder then turning it to lock. If you index the cylinder when closing it into the frame you will not get a turn line. In years of old when S&W was run by gun guys who knew what they were doing the revolvers would come from the factory with no turn line.

    Interestingly, Korth came very, very close to becoming Mauser. An attempt was made in the early 1980s to sell the Korth company to Mauser.
