Catching Flounder with Gulp (Making the most of the NC Flounder Season)

- The NC flounder season is only 2 weeks this year so I ran down for a day to try and make the most of it. Ended up catching my limit along with multiple shorts.
Most of the flounder were caught on a gulp 4 inch ripple mullet white with chartreuse tail.
