Frankly, I feel as though people like to ignore the realities of issues lately since it's more difficult to admit we can solve a fair bit of the problems people face, albeit continue to not do so.

Huuuuummmmm, struggling moms!!!!! Let's rebuild the family unit to include Father's in place as head and not subsidize his absence!!!! This would be a start to end of such situations.
Ok so now that we have low income communities and we have children in apartments with lead paint now what's the elementary school nurses obligation...what's the Medicaid doctors role and what's the teachers obligation for 6 hours out of a school day ...should a teacher report symptoms and signs of lead poisoning to a school nurse
Let's try moving up 3 to 4 more steps up that leaders ladder to the juvenile court system and the health and human services department and the child protective services.....
Ok but child poverty can't exist...because children can't determine there fate....there parents there guardians there teachers there social workers there doctors there nurses there juvenile detention officers there juvenile judges determine there fate senator booker.....
