Wow so I just called cascade septic in Puyallup and they gave me more useful information in a 8 minute phone conversation than drain pro did in an hour long inspection and $215 I won't be using drain pro ever again. Straight up even the receptionist at cascade gave me great information she saved me $400 where drain pro was talking about pumping my tank out and it's not even the problem because I just moved here two months ago in pierce county. If you're interested in saving money and time with great service I'd use cascade. I feel like a commercial but they offered free walk-through help to solve the problem I'm blown away.
I wish I watched this before drain pro came and took my $215 without even checking to see the sludge level, or oil level.
