    It's hard to tell the difference with all the compression, but they're there. Especially in the in-between positions and the bridge- more shrill vs less shrill, etc... Gives us a good idea of what to expect before going out and trying them (nothing like trying out your gear!).
    Great video and awesome player.
    Thanks.

    Man, watching these kinds of videos is so good for breaking paradigms. We hear so many "internet myths" that actually listening to pickups may completely change your opinion of what you think is best.

    • @drasticbread249
      @drasticbread249 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Ongo Gablogian actually what I ended up doing was adjusting the height of the original pickups, which I'd never realized before then were not setup properly. This made new pickups unnecessary as the sound I desired was already there from just doing a little tinkering. So instead of buying new pickups I put the money towards another guitar.

      its only the Fender finesse.. same as the F in ferrari...
      what i do disagree is fender dont make the best pickups..
      a bobbin.. a permanent magnet. a coil of wire.. the same recipe the whole world over..
      when it comes to puckups..
      funk Fender... THEY DONT MAKE THE BEST PICKUPS FOR THE PRICE..
