Thank you very much for this video. Please note, you do not have to disconnect the two wires/plugs. Just remove the old support battery, then disconnect the negative (-) pole on the main battery and then leave it for 20 minutes. Connect both batteries again and all is ok. Please note you have to drive 5-10 miles before the car deletes the fault messages. Happy New Year 🎉 and again thank you for a helpful video.

Thank you so much for making this video. I need some advice. I have watched the video a few times before trying to replace my support battery. I haven't change it for 7 years and didn't even know it exist. I followed your instructions until got stuck removing the bolts. I have removed the right side, but the left side for whatever reason won't come out. I used a 6-point 8mm ratchet wrench. I sprayed multiple times of WD40 and PB blasts with 2-3 hours waiting between each spray and wire brush trying to removed any rust, but still can't unscrew. I noticed the battery cover moving up and down while I was unscrewing. Could you please tell me what that means and what else can I try to remove the bolt? I have tried more than 24 hours so far. Please help. Thank you.
Thank you very much you helped me, this problem appeared 2 weeks ago after I disconnected the main battery cables during the holiday the alert disappeared and the parking sensors worked again my car is volvo v60 2019

Lock the car for 30 minutes and message should be gone

You need to use Start-STOP battery! If you dont it will die in few months. I used 13Ah battery, little bit higher than original.

@Itsme-vo4fx I'll make a video soon. I always recommend going OEM seen aftermarket batteries cause messages related to voltage
You dont need to disconect those connectors at first place.
