Is this why Ferraris and the like are so rare. Because out of the production run of 200, maybe 20% wont get totalled by people with more money than skill or common sense?
4:45 the cyclist has a red light, blocking the road and illegally holding the Ferrari driver there, then decides to attack the Ferrari, jump onto it and even kicks it.
I'm not sure exactly but that seems to be a 612 Scaglietti, that guy is lucky the hood/bonnet is not carbon fibre because if they'd crack the hood because obviously there's no structural bracing where they sat, that'd go above the small claims court.
Granted we don't know if the Ferrari driver did something, but you cannot block someone's freedom of movement like that, they have the right to move you if you do not move because blocking someone is false imprisonment, and even if they have to push you, well, pushing someone is against the law, but false imprisonment is not only against the law but also against basic human rights, which means pushing in this situation would be justified, blocking someone meanwhile would not be.
And considering how expensive Ferrari parts and such are, it can easily go above small claims and become criminal charge in addition to the civil charges.
It's not that rich people can't drive. It's that expensive car's aren't really expensive to them and disposable.
