    What a GREAT review Andrew, one of the best yet. I really believe you could create a separate TH-cam Channel dedicated just for Campground Reviews. You were asking ALL of the pertinent questions and doing an excellent job. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to seeing more of your campground reviews. Mike

    You need to hot foot it back down to Florida to cover the damage, recovery and rebuilding there.
    Hundreds of stories to be told Andrew.

    Thank you Andrew for showing us the best areas for life in a RV Park. This one is really spectacular and has everything you could want to enjoy life. I still have to purchase my motorhome but I can already see exactly where I’m heading.
    I would never consider staying in an hotel room unless it was an emergency. This is life at its best for those that can afford it.
    There’s a lot of parks that cater for a lot less money and offer different services but this really is the best facility I’ve seen.
    Time will tell how the market will affect the RV industry and I already see prices for some of the best motorhomes are going down. This presents a wonderful opportunity if you are not overextended by borrowing.
    Bless your cotton socks 🧦 for your eye opener to camping in style 💕👏👏💫

    Always wanted to do a Coach resort like this in Southern Maine. We got 120 wooded acres 2 miles from the ocean right off the turnpike and on Route 1. Perfect for a Coach to get into and out. This is really inspiring for us to consider building one! Your channel is awesome

    Beautiful Resort and the nearby area seems to be nice as well. This is actually a great location because you're not to far from Cleveland, Niagara, and also Toronto if you was thinking about doing a super trip for like a 3 day weekend. Great job as always Andrew 👏🏾 👍🏾 👌🏼!!!!!

    Absolutely beautiful concept! I love the availability of activities here - it really expands your choices. Your alternative for a stay in summer would be an upscale resort hotel, where the room nights will cost $250 to $400 in summer. Paying $150 a night at a Hearthside Grove lets you make good use of your RV (already paid for), plus gives you world class amenities like staying in a very upscale Marriott or Hilton product. My compliments to the developer.

      Exactly my thoughts, also for business trips, if you have business in an area near such resorts and own an RV, there would be no way I would choose a hotel over a wondeful resort, my own RV and all the personal space you get with a nice lot. Too many nights in business hotels already...

    The coaches we have seen on this channel are amazing and absolutely beautiful. I really like watching them. But I have to say that when my wife and I talked about getting one, we came up with one question regarding the limited access to parking on a live aboard RV;
    Why would anyone want to get a humongous RV just to drive clear across the country to park around a pond? Because It seems like there are a ton of better places to go. But because a pond-park being the only place an RV of that size will fit most f the time, we would be missing out on those other places like National Parks, Beaches, State Parks, campgrounds etc. I am sure there are a few parks that DO accommodate larger RV's but, even so, are those sites limited in the Parks? And if they are taken what do you do then? Now you have a huge investment in a huge home with no where to park it. Is that why people park around ponds? I used to Drive Semi Tractor Trailer, and I know parking CAN be a problem. So if there is no parking where you intended to go, do you just boondock instead? Because that seems kind of risky. If that IS why RV owners park around ponds?
    I'm being serious. It's a legit question. Why would anyone want to drive all the way across country, just to park around a pond? Maybe we are just missing something. I did grow up "camping", so I get the lifestyle side of it thing. I will say this, My wife and I want to visit National Parks. It seems a lot of them have either limited or, NO large parking, or, limited. Most people cant afford two RV's to facilitate both living aboard and an accessibly sized RV. So choosing an RV that fits our wants and desires of going to National Parks, (which if I understand it correctly, most, have a size limit?), that seems to put a live aboard RV out of the question regarding National Parks. A 35 footer for instance would be too small for us to live on year round. I am kind of a big guy so space in the RV is a requirement.
    So is there an alternative parking around a pond? Am I missing something?

      You need to do some research on national parks, campgrounds and beaches. There are very nice RV resorts near everyone of these mentioned.

      @@ballen2179 as in not zoned for semi tractor rigs?

    • @ballen2179
      @ballen2179 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nothing to do with that. Years ago to get some of them approved they sold the county and state as high end parks. Super C we’re not a thing back then. Especially true in Florida. These were parks that were selling lots. Another thing that zoned in was no full time living. Resort parks. You can have a million dollar lot and casita and can not homestead it in most Florida counties because of the no full time clause.
