From where i from, the event exclusive item price is a stuff of nightmare, they are range 135 dollars to 345 dollars each🥴 That was like 500 to 1.5k in my currency, which is why so far, i did not own any event exclusive item, thankfully company like demoniacal fit are making a great alternative for them😁

This shipping plus your State's tax (YMMV) could bring a $70 figure to almost $100 a lot of the times.

My biggest issue if is you don't live in america (like me, im from the UK) and the characters you want are ONLY from premium bandai releases. First of all the price is going to be high ofc, however there is no premium bandai site outside of america and some asia locations; so that alone means you have to get it from another site who will handle it for you. However because those sites are likely also in america it means the delivery will cost more. So for myself in the UK the delivery cost would often cost around £20-£40... for a £40-£50 figure; yeah, you have to pay around double to even get it shipped. So lets say I want that premium bandai king cold figure coming out for £120 soon. Well I hope you enjoy paying anywhere from £60- £120 extra to just get it. It's THAT insane and it's not just a bandai or s h figurarts thing; it happens for anything from america. Granted there are some (but very few) local sites but even they charge around the same price because they have to buy it themselves. All this chaos... for 1 figure. If I was rich sure, but I'm not and I wish there was a cheaper alternative.

Unless bigbad has an exclusive or premium Bandai exclusive, they are listed as the retail price. So you’re not going to find the figures cheaper elsewhere really. As far as preorders go. Also premium Bandai isn’t really for figures who has extra accessories or larger, it’s because their slated release is only in Japan
@@nancycabiles1768 they were originally made in China but they have a factory in Taiwan now as well so they’re back and forth. Unfortunately the Taiwan facility suffer from some qc issues. You won’t really know which one yours came from with newer figures

SSG was never a general release and I don't think Vegito was either 😂😂. Also if a general release is more expensive that most mean they've stopped producing that figure

i was having a look at cooler and i saw the secondary market prices and had to say "ok maybe not"

Unless bigbad has an exclusive or premium Bandai exclusive, they are listed as the retail price. So you’re not going to find the figures cheaper elsewhere really. As far as preorders go. Also premium Bandai isn’t really for figures who has extra accessories or larger, it’s because their slated release is only in Japan

@@nancycabiles1768 they were originally made in China but they have a factory in Taiwan now as well so they’re back and forth. Unfortunately the Taiwan facility suffer from some qc issues. You won’t really know which one yours came from with newer figures
Collectors don’t understand that they are the reason that the prices may get ridiculous for certain figures.
It's true. In general us as collectors a good portion of prices is what you're willing to pay.

Why are general releases more expensive then the event exclusives 💀 like I want vegito the event one I can get for 130 for general they want almost 200 same thing with ssg goku
SSG was never a general release and I don't think Vegito was either 😂😂. Also if a general release is more expensive that most mean they've stopped producing that figure
