    Why isn’t nobody calling out Keefe D as a snitch? He told the police, he wrote a book, he told Vald and other media outlets.

    • @jeremygebhart7295
      @jeremygebhart7295 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Not really sure of all the reasons but so far I've collected, through watching several of these long interviews, that because the only people his confessions would have affected negatively are already dead and his confessions via the proffer agreement brought immunity and legal help to others still living who would have otherwise gotten indicted because of what the government and police already knew from other "close" associates of Keefe D's who actually snitched on him. Hope that helps a bit. There's so many details to this and so much still unknown and not fully understood for me to make clear sense of it all.

    • @johnillsley9179
      @johnillsley9179 ปีที่แล้ว

      Keefe didn't snitch... he walked away from a drug conspiracy and stopped the murder investigation by blaming a dead man. No one went down based on what he said

    Gene Deal and KD believe GK recording the proffer was an unlawful tactic.
    If it’s illegal to record any proffer session…then what’s the point of going through the motions with the US atty to even get a judge to sign off on it? GK told KD to come to the USATTY office with his lawyer so they can discuss with KD if it would be his best interest to talk. KD came with his atty - I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say the atty was Edie Fuau. So, Edie knows what advisements he needed to make aware to KD so he cannot say later that he didn’t know. Edie also has not made ANY mention about KD rights being violated bc of the recording. IN FACT THIS ALLLL WENT DOWN AT EDIE’s OFFICE!!! So, you mean to tell me that EF did not inform KD exactly what a proffer agreement was in detail? KD starts his public rounds, when did EF after the book, BET, VLAD, etc…that KD needed to chill out bc of the specifics in that agreement? If KD claims he was room to sue GK, then why the heck haven’t you? Bc KD would be deposed and so would Edie! Edie is the one who TOLD KD that the proffer was a great idea. If KD wasn’t happy with the way Edie counseled him then why did KD delay his plea hearings so Edie could get the proper licensure to attorney him here in Las Vegas NV?!
    AND THE AGREEMENT SAYS THAT IF KD RECANTS OR OMITS ANY OF THE DETAILS THE DEAL IS OFF THE TABLE. What does KD do? If it wasn’t recorded then why hasn’t Edie sued!? If it wasn’t recorded then HOW are you supposed to cross reference at a later date to ensure he’s being honest?
    They didn’t do that unlawfully 🙄

    2pac was my idol in my teen's. I still hear his music (and listen to his music) from time to time. No lie this case has been unsolved for it seems a lifetime. All the interviews about his death, the movies and biographies. The Keefe D interview shed alot of light on the whole situation. Alot of people gave up on a conviction (or even an arrest). When the news broke last week i was like DAMN!!
    It seems a bit too late and too convenient knowing all that we know now but its interesting to see this investigation into 2pacs death being still investigated after all these years (and that these interviews are leading the charge)

Enormous respect for this guy for being the bigger man & not taking that to heart!!!! Lets face it , Pac was super reckless & egotistical & stupid for getting robbed for all his money by Suge & ever trusting him & letting him manipulate him by boosting his reckless vengeful ego & then also talking him into joining a stupid ass street gang at the age of 25 even tho he was already rich & famous & winning & everyone at Death Row that cared about him already told him that he was ment to be a leader but wasn't ever cut from that gangsta cloth obviously cuz he didn't last barely 6 months after joining MOB!!! Pac was bigheaded & doing way too much at that time & thats why he ultimately died but he was young so i get it but its said that other Pac fans don't get it & dick ride him like he was always perfect!!! Hes a Gemini ♊ & so am i & so was BIG & we definitely ain't perfect , we all got huge ass mouths that speak from the heart & don't know when to shut up but thats exactly why we get caught up in violent shit 💯....... anyways the case is solved now & im going to keep it real regardless who likes what i say or not cuz im not about to sugar coat shit for anyone wether y'all Pac stans like it or not!!! Now that the case is finally closed...lets try focusing on finally solving BIGs case y'all!!!!! Let Pac rest finally cuz i spent 27 years hearing dumbass fans arguing wit me thinking he was still alive in Cuba or conspiracy theories about the FBI setting him up when really it was just some simple ass street shit just like i always told everyone it was!!!! Nobody ever talks about BIGs death even tho ima a fan of Pac a million times more ...im so tired of hearing about this after all these decades so lets solve BIGs murder & finally make it the bigger story for once & all u dick riding emotional Pac stans that live in complete denial & don't know shit can finally let Pac rest in peace for once 🕊️ 💯👌

    It's kind of cool that white people black people grown people everybody is realizing that 2pacs Life and legacy is worth figuring all this out...
    This dude was an artist!! You can listen to his music and I don't care what song it is, it's all just magnificent it's great.
    Even if you're not a fan of rap, you have to admit that it's the most talented rapper of hus genre or rap in general he is the best by so far.
    You could fast-forward 10 million years and pac will still be the best.
    I think a lot of people are recognizing that...
    😊
    We have to get Tupac Shakur Justice, we can't let him down, that would be another tragedy in itself, it would be worse than losing him!!! Right???
    I yhink Keefe D is sorry and realizes niw that pac was something bigger than his small town gangster bs.
    I think you realize that losing Tupac was very bad for everything and regrets it!!!
    I think he accepts what's happening more than people realize.
