You can either store woodchips in Multifruit silo, or you can buy a building with cement floor and dump wood chips directly on the floor then load them into a trailer later when prices go up
Maybe you can start plant some trees so you have some later on the serie. Doing field and planting poplar could be a good idea since wood chip worth that much. Probably could change the kubota for a loader. It would speed up the process. Keep up the good work 👍
another great episode! You could put in a silo to store the woodchips, that is what i did personally in my series. maybe for season 2 we could do a co-op!
Naturally you've purchased a property with a cabin that requires beams/planks etc just as you decide to chip everything :) . If it's like HP's temple it requires more than a few. Loving the series. The struggle is real(ish).
Checking in with you on my playthrough, 2nd harvest and 4Million bank. I own 2 plots south of the vehicle shop. Took alot of work with the chipper. Unsure what to do next. I did plant some lodgepole's unsure of how long it takes them to grow.
I think it takes 3-4 seasons for them to become full-grown trees for felling, so I wonder if it would be an idea to plant and then have fun felling more trees later, wood chips are not the same price year-round anyway, so why not plant for the future while the price is low 😁
If you buy the lumber mill, you can haul whole logs to keep it supplied. It generates around 60k per month. Seems to be the most dollar per effort I could find anyway.
Can u pls buy a bigger trailer for the woodchips, this big space in the woodchipper make me angry for some episodes 🤣 otherwise I love to see much more episodes
Your right. It can cost 80-150k just to build this if you buy all the materials. If you instal them with the game it cost around 15-20k. But for roleplay and survival series could be good. On riverbends i use the collectable money to buy the materials for the museum.

Build the high wooden fence on 2 sides to store and align the logs. Looks authentic as well.

Thanks for the tips, I will definitely consider all of that!

I didn't even look to see if a Silo would hold them. I just assumed it would have to be a different type of building. Thanks!
@@hugz6559 no problem! there are a couple of modded ones. i have the 10million L. silo. not that ill ever fill it but who knows!

There is a bulk silo pack on mod hub. 1 should be multi is there is no woodchip one. Making planks and beems would also be better than selling wood.❤
If you have the lumberjack mod you grind the stumps and collect the wood chips.
Tip:6m trees make more profit
great vid keep it up
Thank you! Glad you're enjoying the series!

Sounds like you're off to a great start! Keep up the good work!
Good learnings thank you! Can you sell the wood chips at the sawmill? What about planting in the off season?
I can only sell them at the farmers market sadly. I do plan to do some planting eventually!

One of his rules is no production.
@codyclem7928 Gotcha thanks.

Maybe turn the logs into planks and build that house. Also buy a mill?
Little tip you can repair and repaint cars and equipment and get more money for it
You should buy the lumbermill
I think there is a mod building that can hold wood chips. Let me look
Gm 👋 from Michigan 👋
You're a legend! I hope you aren't too buried in snow right now.
😂😂new everything except the most important thing truck
multifruit silo mod stores wood chips. 8,000,000L
Any plans to replant the trees you cut down so you can harvest them again later?
I will replant, yes. Probably within the next episode or two :)
Fun fact that winch will connect 4 trees if your under the weight limit
I did not know that! Thanks!
Buy some wind turbines
That's the way I do it on fs 22 I just bought lumberjack D a mo ago
💕
Avoid building that house. The material cost is ridiculous. You could sell wood chips and buy it for like 1/10 of the building cost.
Thanks for the tip!
