What was the best part of Vlogmas? Well, it wasn't France, nor your walk in the hills. It wasn't the food, the baking or the shopping. It wasn't even the visits to towns and family. The real highlight was sharing a month with a couple and their dog who were cheerful everyday and who make even mundane activities fun. The highlight was just as Christmas should be; sharing. The stacking of the biscuit tree, drizzling of the icing, and closing ceremony, accompanied by your silliness and giggling was hilarious to watch. I was cry-laughing along with you. Quite literally a perfect icing on the cake ending to Vlogmas.

I'm fascinated by your vegan and vegetarian food - it's great that you have such a range available. I would make a roulade (Swiss roll) leave the ends open, around the good-looking filling. I don't know if You can blind bake puff pastry, But You can make in a (square) pie tin, rough pastry, and try blind baking or pricking the pastry, add the filling and top crust. Your pie looks good, the decorations are pretty, and as you like it. That's a good sauce 😊.... you're probably way past worrying about that now

I'm fascinated by your vegan and vegetarian food - it's great that you have such a range available. I would make a roulade (Swiss roll) leave the ends open, around the good-looking filling. I don't know if You can blind bake puff pastry, But You can make in a (square) pie tin, rough pastry, and try blind baking or pricking the pastry, add the filling and top crust. Your pie looks good, the decorations are pretty, and as you like it. That's a good sauce 😊.... you're probably way past worrying about that now
