For starters, the device looks a lot more premium. Hardware upgrades are always welcomed as long as they will enhance the product. The cameras were at the top of the pack already so the upgrade will probably put it head and shoulder above the competition. I hope there is a significant improvement with the Tensor chip. Gemini responses took some time to process, connection was inconsistent, speakers could be louder and just a more refined user experience.

That's definitely up to the photographer and how they shoot their images. New sensors are cool, but it means nothing without that. 🙂
The Pixel 8 has great cameras, I hope the same for the Pixel 9. What will the weight be for these phones(especially the Pixel Fold)?

Yes, Network issue is fixed with the use of a new modem. As for heating, we expect a bigger cooling system and last year, which should improve heating

@@biensur19 the pixel 9 pro will have a zoom camera or Periscope camera you call it. Any Android tablet is in the Google ecosystem. Although I find a pixelbook slash Chromebook much more useful

I won't be purchasing the Pixel 9 even though it launches just before I plan to purchase the Pixel 8 Pro. The reason is because I find the phone inherently kind of ugly, alongside that, I heavily dislike the squared edges and it often makes it feel weird to the touch. I hate how they got rid of the display visor to the cameras and honestly I wouldn't be surprised if the Pixel 9 Pro came out for 1,500$ CAD. So I'm going to be sticking with The Pixel 8 Pro.

Probably a good call. I have the 8 pro and there's no way I'm wasting my money to get the 9. It's a tiny, inconsequential, upgrade that the average user with never notice. Waiting for the 10, possibly even the 11 to give them time to work out the kinks in the tsmc chip.
