Hello everyone, my name is Julie and on Thrilled Thrifter you will find that I absolutely love thrift shopping.(Especially for home decor!) I want to share all things thrift here on my channel to teach you how to go thrifting for your home, family and friends. {I'm not a reseller!} I mostly thrift at Goodwill, yard/garage sales, FB marketplace, antique stores, estate sales and so many other local thrift stores. I believe you can make your home beautiful on a thrifty budget! I received a wooden ironing board at my bridal tea in 1967!! I still iron on it whenever I need something ironed!!! In December it will be 56 years of use and I’ve never wanted any other one!!!
The spoon in the second set I would consider it to be a sugar bowl spoon. 😊
I wanted to say you do such a wonderful job putting together all of decor in your home. I have had so many similar pieces over the years and I could never style quite right. You have a natural gift for decorating. I have learned a lot from watching your videos. Also you are just a delightful, warm person.

I have several of the American Heritage books that were my grandmother's. American Heritage was a history magazine and each year, they would issue one of these books featuring "the best" of their magazines for that year.

Oh Julie! This was so much fun. You found so many great things and I loved how you styled them. The tea spoons are so pretty and the soup spoons, I use for stirring coffee. What a bargain. The Wexford canister piece is just beautiful and now you have beautiful storage for your coffee. I love the aluminum measuring cups, so vintage! The vintage ironing board... I am so glad it went home with you to treasure for years to come. Displayed so well, as always. Julie, you just have the gift to display and make it all yours. I love how you teach your girls as y'all shop along. The brass dangle holder with the embossed glass cover will look so pretty at Christmas with a red or forest green candle and some simple Christmas plaid ribbon tied on the handle. I can just see it! Thank you Julie for sharing such a wonderful neighbor yard sale and all the treasures you found! You are a country girl at heart and have a love for people to where you just fit in anywhere you go. People say I'm that way too. It's just growing up in the country. I hope God continues to bless you and your sweet family. Oh, you make a cute dinosaur too! The deep candy bowl.I would put Holly Berries and Winter berry sprigs and a little Christmas doilly inside with the. corners overlapping the edges and put wrapped Christmas hard candies.Also could use in Autumn with Fall leaves; etc and wrapped candies like candy corn.

Love the Toy Story dress up for the party….just too cute. Wow! What about that Ironing board….Love Love Love. You should hang a small Christmas wreath on it for Christmas. You got some great finds. Oh and the brass candle stick …nice. You styled all of them well too.

The bread box is handmade and probably for home baked loaves of bread; which can be higher than bread bought in the store.
Grandmother, even though, it probably isn't as chilly as The Midwest. when the seasons change. keep a sweater or little jacket or Hoodia in the van for those early morning and late evening outings🤗🤗

I use my two wooden ironing boards all the time -- as ironing boards! However, I often see them styled as console tables w/ old-timey things, and they are really cute that way, too. I like the measuring cup on your homey little cross-stitched rack -- it looks like it just "belongs" there! Pretty great haul -- I LOVE community garage sales!
