  • This video explains cell search procedure in detail. Also, it tells about all information that UE decodes during this procedure such as Cell ID, CP, Multiplexing technique (FDD or TDD), cell bandwidth etc.

    It's 62 subcarriers and not 62 symbols. 6 RBs * 12 subcarrier (per OFDM one symbol) = 72 subcarrier - 10 subcarriers (unused) = 62 subcarriers in total. Very good explanation.

    During the cell search procedure in LTE how ue determins that last symbol of slot 0 and slot 10 is pss and the preceding symbol is sss.ia it pre coded in ue?
