Because the personnel department of my division is saying that a medically decategorized employee does not have any cadre while working on a supernumerary post. On this basis, even after passing the departmental examination of section controller, my name is being removed from the process of final stage panel formation. And they are saying that there is no circular for this. Please help me. Sir , I will always be grateful to you for this work. 🙏

If an Employee (OS, L-6, Date of promotion in Dec/2017 as OS) transferred from A railway to B Railway as Sr. Clerk (L-5) on reversion ORT in July/2019 at bottom seniority. Later on he was promoted as OS (L-6) in Nov. /2020. Will Service ( in Level -6 of "A" Railway from Dec/2017 to July/2019) be counted as Qualifying service for Group B.

Sir....i have total 20 yrs service....in that 11 yrs service in 4200 GP (I.e. 05 years Loco pilot and 06 years OS ministerial cadre). I am eligible for APO exam. After APO results..what will be my seniority.... they will consider 06 yrs as OS ministerial service or total 11 yrs Rs 4200/- service.
If recruitment is done all india basis, it will be better cause some candidate is securing higher marks than other zone but not selected due to less number of vacancies on that zone
No, only exam is being conduted all india basis, recruitment is on zonal basis so it depends upon from where you are applying

If staff is promoted to level 7 one month back due to selection and one staff is working in level 6 since 5 years who is senior to promoted staff . Who will be the senior . In the promotion panel who will be placed top of both secured same marks

Now what is the difference between LGS and LDC.There is a great loss of senior employees.
Still there is difference, in LGS, panel is formed as per seniority whereas in LDCE it is as per merit.

No negative marking now..... then result may be no decimal (Unless no question is omitted).....if two or more candidates got equal marks... what do they consider for an interview which is called on merit i.e. 1:6 , ( Panel may be as per seniority)
