      @@josephg6260 Michael had gone to Bahrain in the past and he was completely off painkillers. They wanted him somewhere those doctors could not get to him. Don’t forget, from 2000-2005 Michael was using painkillers for more than what was medically necessary - to deal with the stress of his fallout with Sony, the Bashir tapes, and trial. In Bahrain those such things are illegal to take and the family wanted him somewhere out of the public eye where he could get clean and live without constant media scrutiny. Michael had already talked about leaving the US for good at some point and named the Middle East, Switzerland and even Ireland as potential new homes.

    This was a tough video to watch in some ways. I honestly believe if Michael was convicted and sent to jail that he wouldn't even last 2 years in there. Yeah, he was innocent but those in prison don't know that and while criminals are a disgusting lot, there's one thing they ALL go against and that's anyone going after children. Michael would be protected but I could see inmates finding a way to punish him.
    Your points about the future of celebrity cases and such if Jackson was convicted is spot on. The authorities ALWAYS become more emboldened when they have a precedent. Guys like Diddy Combs would be in an even WORSE situation right now in this scenario.

      This scenario is definitely thought-provoking and tough to consider. The first comment raises a valid point about the dangers Michael would have faced if convicted and incarcerated. Prison environments can be incredibly harsh, especially for individuals accused of crimes against children, regardless of their innocence. His unique vulnerabilities as a public figure and his health issues would have likely made it even harder for him to endure.
      As for the broader implications, it's true that a conviction of someone like Michael Jackson could have set a powerful legal and cultural precedent. Authorities might have been more aggressive in pursuing high-profile cases, emboldened by the example. The ripple effects on the justice system and public perception of celebrity cases could have been massive, potentially impacting figures like Diddy Combs or others currently facing legal scrutiny.
      For those who believe he was guilty or innocent, the debate will always remain heated. Ultimately, the lack of solid evidence and the inconsistencies in testimonies leave room for doubt. Whatever people believe, it’s clear his life and legacy remain complex and deeply polarizing.

    History is written after and over injustices, as the world is a place where the unjust win. But this one would truly have been one of the biggest. Thankfully, the claim was so unsupported that it amounted to nothing more than a waste of taxpayers' money. And the jurors listened to their conscience, not to the owners of the money and therefore the tabloids. I don't know if I have the strength to watch this video, as I have followed this huge global media assassination from its first day in 1993 with all its details and in pain, but I am very glad that the new generations are trying to spread the truth. TBH, at the time of the trial, I thought both sides were really unconvincing. In MJ's case I thought the idea of someone falsely accusing someone of something like this just for money was unconscionable...but as it turns out...
    As for the prosecutor, where were all the many victims that came forward to tell their stories as often happens in cases like this? And IIRC, why weren't MJ's kids temporarily taken into custody by his mother or his siblings pending the case's outcome?
    As for the whole sleeping in bed thing...I thought how it worked was the kids slept in the HUGE bed and MJ slept on the floor?

    • @89shaylynn
      @89shaylynn หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      Yes. Plus we’re talking about a bedroom the size of a small apartment. It had two floors and 2 bathrooms, possibly 3. So you figure there are sitting areas like sofas, chairs, lounges, and multiple TVs. Plus it was said there were sleeping bags and a pull out bed. So that tells me there was more than one place for ANYONE to sleep

    • @Reactiverse1980
      @Reactiverse1980  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It’s true that the trial left a lot of people feeling conflicted because both sides had weaknesses in their arguments. On one hand, the idea of false accusations for money is deeply troubling and hard to imagine, but unfortunately, it does happen in high-profile cases. On the other hand, the prosecution’s case lacked the strength you'd typically expect-like more corroborating testimony or evidence from other alleged victims. And you're right, the fact that MJ’s kids weren’t temporarily placed with family during the trial raises questions about how seriously the authorities viewed the allegations.
      As for the sleeping arrangements, both accounts make sense. Michael’s bedroom wasn’t a typical bedroom; it was massive and more like a small apartment, with multiple levels, bathrooms, and plenty of space for various setups like pull-out beds, sleeping bags, and couches. The claim that kids slept in the bed while he stayed on the floor has been echoed in testimonies, and the layout itself suggests there were plenty of places for anyone to sleep without sharing a bed. Ultimately, this aspect of the case seems to have been sensationalized, given the lack of concrete evidence that anything inappropriate happened.

    I say this with love and respect; you should spend some more time looking into how to craft and prompt AI generated images if you're going to use them in your videos. The technology is capable of producing virtually perfect fake photographs and images these days, without the weird word and face distortions that those in your video have.
    If you make use of the best generators like Midjourney 6.1 and Dall-E 3, learn how to craft the right prompts, you will be able to make videos like this look spectacular. It will increase the reach and impact of your videos considerably. Just my two cents. Enjoyed the video otherwise.

    What grown 45 year old man shares his bed with random 13 year old boys? He even had 3 kids of his own at the time. Completely inappropriate behaviour. I think he was definitely guilty of various abuses throughout his life. If someone in your neighbourhood was getting up to the same you'd call the police but because Jackson wrote some good songs his behaviour is excused or justified. Millions have had worse childhoods and dont do the same.

    • @Reactiverse1980
      @Reactiverse1980  16 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I get where you're coming from-it's hard to understand some of Michael's choices, especially when viewed through a typical lens. Sharing his bed with kids, even if it was supposedly innocent, does raise eyebrows and doesn't sit right with most people. It's definitely not a "normal" thing for a 45-year-old man to do.
      That said, Michael was far from a typical person. His life was anything but normal, and his childhood was deeply traumatic. Not saying that excuses any inappropriate behavior if it happened, but it might help explain why he saw the world differently. He always said he wanted to create a safe, childlike environment for kids, something he felt he never had.
      I think it's important to question and scrutinize anyone in that situation-no one is above accountability, no matter how talented they are. But at the same time, it's fair to look at the entire context and remember that legal investigations didn't lead to convictions. It’s a complex situation that stirs up a lot of emotions, and I think it’s okay to acknowledge both the talent and the controversy while seeking the truth.

    • @ronniep9272
      @ronniep9272 16 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @Reactiverse1980 his behaviour was indefensible. He got away with it because he was an 'eccentric' millionaire superstar. He was teaching regular kids like Jordan Chandler, Jimmy Safechuck and Wade Robson that it was normal to share your bed with grown men you're not related to. What kind of example is that? What if they then did the same thing as adults with boys they were not related to? They'd be on a one way ticket to a lengthy jail sentence. Here in the UK Jimmy Saville was never convicted of any crime while still alive but everyone knew that he was a paedophile and the truth eventually came out. Wade Robson said it best - Michael was the gentlest, kindest person he knew, he was also a child molester. Two things in particular make me think he was guilty, once the boys reached a certain age they were discarded and replaced with a younger boy, also you would think he would stay away from little boys after the Jordan Chandler scandal but no he couldn't stop himself as that is what he was attracted to.

      Michael Jackson had heat on him from the time he bought the Beatles catalogue, that's the best part of two decades and then to his eventual demise.
      This was a man who had the media on his back 24/7. I can't recall any single artist that had that much unjustified heat on him.
      Michael, although not very streetwise, and dependant on advisors throughout his career, was an intelligent man.
      The prison system was invented for black men, it's almost impossible for anyone facing it not to end up in there as a black man if you are the accused in the US, look at the track record since inception. People have taken the OJ case, which is an outlier because of well documented evidence tampering, and ran away with it as if it's some sort of norm for the system and outcomes.
      Do you honestly think if Michael Jackson was really guilty of this stuff that he would set up this monumental kids adventure playground for himself in plain sight where helicopters are circling his residence on almost a daily basis, if he was REALLY doing that stuff? You'd need to have not one iota of a brain cell to be doing something that heinous in plain sight without even trying to be inconspicuous, almost inviting the suspicion at that point! That is what we'd refer to as sh*tting on your own doorstep.
      If Michael was really guilty of this stuff, there is no way, absolutely no way they don't nail him. They were after him, clearly.
      They'd been on his back since 1985, if he actually did the things he was accused of, he'd be in jail quicker than you could say Beat It. The fact is, he was acquitted of ALL TEN counts in court, not found guilty of a SINGLE ONE. If there is any guilt, or someone gets off on a technicality, it's incredibly improbable and unrealistic not to be found guilty on at least ONE of the counts, even the lesser degree ones like the coerced alcohol intoxication for example.
      On top of that, there's already been admissions that the accusations were false, where have you been? Just lazy not to do a bit of research, we've had internet since the mid 90's.
      The facts are out there, but I think there is just this need to find him guilty from certain people because they still find it tough to accept that a black man was this talented and had this much reach, he was never going to be allowed to ride into the sunset with his kudos.
      Michael was the greatest artist ever to do it and I am confident nobody is going to beat his work 100, 200, 1,000 years from now. His work is going to continue to dominate the views and sales almost indefinitely at this point, nobody is topping Thriller, over 100 million sold and still continuing to rise, that's one heck of a gap at the starting grid.
      People are just going to have to live with it.
      It's sad that people can't just enjoy his work without this corruption hanging over it, just let go of this false inner battle you are fighting and enjoy it.
