Mere doctor ne suggest kiya k mask pehen k niklo bahar aur steam lete raho daily 5 minute taaki clean ho jae nose andar se. Kayi baar main nahi le paata hoon aur mask k bina bhi chala jaata hoon. Kabhi lagta hain k agar nose mein problem lag rahi hain toh steam le leta hoon to thoda better feel hota hain.

Sir, Due to this i was taking L-Dio-1M ( Montelukast Levoctrizen) from Last 5 years every days 1 pill . But after watching your video i consulted some homeopathic dr and now i can see the results in a week . I dont take that medicine now .Still some sneezing is there some time but still i am relieve that i am not taking L-DIO 1 M now. Hope this will also get resolve soon. I am suffering from more than 5 years. I am taking Homeopathic treatment from 2 year. Now my problem is under control. Now a days I tried one more thing. Mix a pinch of turmeric powder in one table spoon mustard oil. Apply that oil in nose at bedtime. It gives me relief from itching in nose and throat. My Uncle gave me this idea. Due to this i was taking L-Dio-1M ( Montelukast Levoctrizen) from Last 5 years every days 1 pill . But after watching your video i consulted some homeopathic dr and now i can see the results in a week . Ranges from dust, food, perfumes, seasonal... and the condition was getting worse every single day... My father start having itching.. Eyesight weakness..sneezing attacks, Excessive Runny nose.. And because of this even joints pain also.

I am suffering from more than 5 years. I am taking Homeopathic treatment from 2 year. Now my problem is under control. Now a days I tried one more thing. Mix a pinch of turmeric powder in one table spoon mustard oil. Apply that oil in nose at bedtime. It gives me relief from itching in nose and throat. My Uncle gave me this idea. It is also helpful in breathing problems.
