In the actual song it's a very short pause, which is why everybody yelled like the song does. So the audience screamed at the right time, it's just that they added in a little more of a pause to see if the audience would scream.

Holy hell has to be one of the best albums ever created, only BMTH's "Sempiternal" beats it in my eyes
so much power in the song, they get the entire crowd to sync, death is an open.... "door" and we all feel it on so many levels.
