How do u get the camera part to work on this?? We just got it, got it set up and the camera part still won’t work? Do we have to have cloud storage for the camera to work?

From my experience, I bought this doorbell on 29th July then I charged it to 100%, and it lasted till around 22-25th Oct at 20% (battery icon turns red when the battery is low) if you forget to charge the doorbell, it will send you a reminder by email to recharge
You can use Aiwit or LiveHome both are developed by EKEN and the UI is very similar, but I suggest you to use Aiwit app because it is more stable than other one
I bought this product myself before I saw this video, I can say that I can not recommend it, it does not stay connected to Wi-Fi does not notify you every time and plus of that I do not have any video records left if someone called the doorbell, I just have some pictures. It doesn't help me with anything. This product has potential, the camera is good during the day and night, is decent (at a price of 20 €) but I think it has a poorly implemented software, because besides not being connected, it does not even manage to reconnect itself. I tried to make a conversation with the technical support people but I did not come to any solution.
We used the adhesive strip it came with, but it has a base to screw on and you can easily press the doorbell camera into and out of it- hope that helps!

Full duplex communication (touch once). Invite as many users as you wish to via app through email invite.
