Boxer Eddie Thomas reminisces as he drives from Merthyr to Dowlais.

Eddie Thomas drives through Merthyr and reminisces about his youth and visits to the local Bracchi café. The journey continues up to Dowlais, driving past landmarks and talking about his family and upbringing. The boxer talks about the climate and geography and how this has affected the people who live up on Dowlais top, and considers what makes a great boxer - and why so many famous boxers came from the Merthyr area.
