Hello, We have purchased your Instream product, but we have a big problem. We are unable to connect directly to the Rodecaster Pro II. We have one more problem. Even though we have stereo audio input from the line input or we have a stereo connection from the HDMI input, those who watch the sound on Tiktok hear mono. Previously, when we broadcast with apple devices, we could listen to the sound of our radio in stereo. We do not want to return the device. Will there be an update?
My Yolobox audio doesnt show up for me only the video feed via type c connection. I have a MBP on ventura 13.0.1 and a MBP on montery 12.2 I tried Zoom & OBS on the dropdown for microphone yolobox does not show up as an audio source. yolobox pro is on version 2.0.1 Any suggestions?

The last 3 weeks we have started having audio decline as our church live stream goes on. Everything sounds great until about 30 minutes into the service. Nothing is changed in settings, but as the service continues, more and more static and popping continues.

Which cable did you use from mixer to yolobox... did you use d.i box or interface?
