Isn't this his whole thing? You know, that he was always unknowingly warping everything around him according to his will? To me it seems like right now he's reliesing this slowly but it may happen that he will be shocked by how extensive this process was. It also could happen that some of his friends spontaneously came into existance because he wanted to have that particular kind of friend. Like Coffi for example, she's diffrent for no particular reason. Also at some point she liked black coffee but in one of shorts about her all of the sudden she started to add ton of cream and sugar. And it convenietly happened some time after Chikn thanks to her discovered that he hates black coffee. Boy, I'm starting to worry what Chikn will do when he will realise that even lifes of his friends are lies to some extend and it's all because of him.

Honestly, this explains so much. Cheezborger being able to shapeshift too, Cofi's ability to seemingly teleport, Slushi's ability to summon a PowerPoint presentation, the list goes on. That said, I'm beginning to wonder what will happen to them WHEN Chikin's powers go berserk...
One could say that they are kinda like cables conected to a battery, and once the battery runs out, they simply stop having power as well, but I think that is about it.. they where created into existance and they will stay as such, just without any powers ir the source is gone or breaks it.
@@Zauriel92 Everyone Chikn's powers created are basically like Newton's first law, "An object in motion stays in motion, an object at rest stays at rest, unless acted upon by an outside force." So long as Chikn subconsciously wills them into existence, they'll stay existing. As soon as he realizes most of his friends aren't even real, they'll immediately stop existing as though they were never there. Chee being able to shapeshift, Cofi being able to teleport, Sody being able to cause explosions, etc. All of them were created by Chikn and won't exist once his powers stop forcing them to stay existing. Bezel and Iscream weren't created by Chikn though, so they'll stay existing. This is all just speculation and my personal thoughts, so take everything I've said with a grain of salt.
0:49 .... I think this is slowly comforming a theory I had on why no one, not even Fwench Fwy or Iscream is doing anything to help Chikn... Chikn could be also subconsciously pushing everyone away, "controling" everyone's mind to stay away and go about their day. I image the ability is not perfect as Slushi was in an episode, a couple back (I felt like it was a cry for help for Chikin). It could also explain why we haven't seen Chee since the mind control episode. Chikn probably does not want to see her now nor get involve in his "meltdown".

As seen in episodes, slushy does have some of those effects. Such as making stuff appear out of thin air. Like the episode of slushy explaining a anime she likes, she makes a slideshow board an clothes appear in a blink of an eye. Or the episode where she gives adivice on how to make a character attractive (aka the put a character in a suit episode) where she makes a character and a suit appear out of thin air.

Based on 0:40 , I have the distinct feeling that those tapes were blank before they were shown to Chikn, and his powers willed the footage into existence in order to hide the fact that his powers may have willed these very CHARACTERS into existence in the first place. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the ONLY characters who came into existence on their own without Chikn are Iscream, Fwench Fwy, and Bezel, with EVERYONE ELSE being an unwitting creation of his. While that wouldn't mean that they aren't real living beings NOW, it would obviously be a world shattering revelation. Just look at Sody here... he's already freaking out at the idea that he didn't always have his explosion powers, so imagine how he would react if he were told that he and his mom just poofed into existence one day without a true past.

Some other diety (a friend of Bezel or perhaps Bezel himself) took over Chikn and changed the past. 3: Chikn has some kind of split personality when he assumes his god powers (I think of it as Doppio and Diavolo from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind) and assumes Chikn, and changes the past. He has no control over his powers, so they are currently tied to his emotional state. In his depressed state, he thinks he doesn't belong, so he nullifies Sody's powers... Something implied to have existed long before thanks to Sody Pop's surname, which imply explosions run in the family of the "Pops".

I have a feeling like Existential dread might be harder on the dog char than just evil for teh lulz though. 0:40 - a breakdown of the demigod form!! Chikn’s eyes seem to represent the members of the cast. (I think?) With either Chikn himself or Fwench Fwy at the top, maybe Iscream on the top right and possibly Bezel on the top left?? Most likely Slushi in the middle right, Chee on the middle left, Sody on the bottom left, and Cofi on the bottom right. It could be a power ranking of sorts, with the strongest characters at the top? It’s interesting and i’d like to see more, though!
Interesting… that power ranking could give hints at who could help save or defeat Chikn if stuff hits the fan. So he unknowingly starts suppressing everyone else's powers to make _them_ be "normal" and him the "Outsider"... Of course, since Sassaparilla was a latecomer, she has memories of Sody exploding... And Chikn only recently met her and was unaware of those. That, is the thread. Chikn _Thinks_ he was "the source of Sody's powers"... But if Fwench Fwy suddenly starts losing their powers? That means Chikn is actually "normalizing" everyone, by nullifying their powers.

The lore's getting deeper, and honestly it's just terrifying to me knowing that all of this stemmed because of Bezel's appearance in his debut episode, even terrifying is that this might impact the "normalness" of the other videos besides the lore-focused ones. From a seemingly innocent account that started with a dog, a cat, and a demonic rabbit, to the same dog now being in a middle of a terrifying revolution.

Omori was obviously about depression and anxiety from the very start? Like the black lightbulb is really clearly a metaphor and it’s a frightening image. It’s good for adult things to be cute and kind sometimes
@tobysinbad I was just using it as an example, I know it jumped into the dark context near immediately, it's just that the game was only a bit unnerving at the start and progressively got more and more dark as you got through it until it got to it's darkest moments at the end. I know it's not much of a comparison to chicken nugget because one is quite obviously darker than the other, I just wanted to mention omori because it was one of my favorite games to play.
That reminds me of Made In Abyss. It starts off cute, albeit weird, but eventually delves into more intense stuff and finally into full on eldritch horror. All while the character designs remain adorable.

My theory: chikin nugget meets his friends along the way, but he doesn't know that he's give his powers to his friends. After being pointed out about Chikn's three-frame shift to his Primordial form at 0:40, I think I know what happened. Chikn is starting to _think_ he doesn't belong to the world thanks to the manipulations of Bezel... And due to his powers being based in thought and belief (Clap your hands if you believe mentality), Chikn likely _Scrubbed the footage_ during his shift to "Primordial form" because "I don't belong to this world, so the footage will be normal baby footage". I mean, when you think about it, the last time we saw Chikn shift to "Primordial form", he created a wall of fire inside a Void... And now? We see Chikn shift to Primordial form just before the Baby Video started. That means Chikn shifting to Primordial form was because he had _Unknowingly Scrubbed the footage_ and replaced it with normal baby footage! It is easy to spot the thread as Sassparilla not only _Remembers_ Sody exploding, but she is a _Latecomer_ to the story. She hardly interacted with Chikn in ways that would have caused her to be "Contaminated", and also, Chikn was focused on the video itself, not the ones involved... Based on 0:40 , I have the distinct feeling that those tapes were blank before they were shown to Chikn, and his powers willed the footage into existence in order to hide the fact that his powers may have willed these very CHARACTERS into existence in the first place. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the ONLY characters who came into existence on their own without Chikn are Iscream, Fwench Fwy, and Bezel, with EVERYONE ELSE being an unwitting creation of his. While that wouldn't mean that they aren't real living beings NOW, it would obviously be a world shattering revelation. Just look at Sody here... he's already freaking out at the idea that he didn't always have his explosion powers, so imagine how he would react if he were told that he and his mom just poofed into existence one day without a true past.

Actually I have a theory for it (this could be a comment itself, but I don’t want to be spammed on): you can see that Sazzparilla… is this her name?.. anyway, she gets confused to see Sody not blowing up after Chikn does that face. Which means 3 things.
1: Chikn accidentally used his god powers to change the past, and making Sody not blow up.
2. Some other diety (a friend of Bezel or perhaps Bezel himself) took over Chikn and changed the past.
3: Chikn has some kind of split personality when he assumes his god powers (I think of it as Doppio and Diavolo from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind) and assumes Chikn, and changes the past.

Most likely Slushi in the middle right, Chee on the middle left, Sody on the bottom left, and Cofi on the bottom right. It could be a power ranking of sorts, with the strongest characters at the top? It’s interesting and i’d like to see more, though!
Interesting… that power ranking could give hints at who could help save or defeat Chikn if stuff hits the fan.

It's always odd when the wholesome media becomes less wholesome as time goes on. One of my favorite examples of this phenomenon is omori.
Omori was obviously about depression and anxiety from the very start? Like the black lightbulb is really clearly a metaphor and it’s a frightening image. It’s good for adult things to be cute and kind sometimes
@tobysinbad I was just using it as an example, I know it jumped into the dark context near immediately, it's just that the game was only a bit unnerving at the start and progressively got more and more dark as you got through it until it got to it's darkest moments at the end.
I know it's not much of a comparison to chicken nugget because one is quite obviously darker than the other, I just wanted to mention omori because it was one of my favorite games to play.

It would be interesting if at the end of the series, Chikn just straight up gives some of his powers to his friends in order to lessen the control he has over the world.

After being pointed out about Chikn's three-frame shift to his Primordial form at 0:40, I think I know what happened.
Chikn is starting to _think_ he doesn't belong to the world thanks to the manipulations of Bezel... And due to his powers being based in thought and belief (Clap your hands if you believe mentality), Chikn likely _Scrubbed the footage_ during his shift to "Primordial form" because "I don't belong to this world, so the footage will be normal baby footage".
I mean, when you think about it, the last time we saw Chikn shift to "Primordial form", he created a wall of fire inside a Void... And now? We see Chikn shift to Primordial form just before the Baby Video started. That means Chikn shifting to Primordial form was because he had _Unknowingly Scrubbed the footage_ and replaced it with normal baby footage!
It is easy to spot the thread as Sassparilla not only _Remembers_ Sody exploding, but she is a _Latecomer_ to the story. She hardly interacted with Chikn in ways that would have caused her to be "Contaminated", and also, Chikn was focused on the video itself, not the ones involved... And note that the _Only One_ who uses terms like "Contaminatation", is _Bezel,_ the Manipulator of People and Time with an Agenda, who has waltzed off to annoy Fwench Fwy (Who is _Still_ not doing the assigned Job of taking care of Chikn!), so as to distract that useless Wish-granting layabout by having Fwench Fwy pull the "I am ignoring you" game...
