purple belt:teach them flexibility

Alright my Taekwondo is more different like the second one is called White Advanced it's white and black with the stripe so the white and black stripe so the third belt is yellow I turned yellow belt on Saturday😅 their kick is high and good but they did need to keep their guard up🎉🎉 but yeah it doesn't matter how you do it your beginner it's alright😁

Not in my training our coach takes care of everyone's physical health and mental health and we learnt a lot to do a healthy diet for our health and be strong, self defence all of that I know everything now incase I'm a yellow belt almost gonna be promoted to green belt after I appear my exam I know every kick of black belt even though I have to go through every belt cause we're not gonna skip a single belt we should experience every level !

You have to do stretching exercises for a few weeks and make your leg muscles flexible. Then you have to try a split. Hope this helps.☺
