  • On behalf of Denison Yachting, Grant Ninneman with Discover Yachting has the opportunity to walk through and take the new Grand Trawler 62 on a sea trial out of Port Everglades. The GT62 is ready to make extended passages but can also hit a top speed of 22 knots if necessary. Award-winner for best design, standard equipment includes: Triple helm stations, Bow and Stern thrusters, Gyro stabilizer, Opening Sun Roof and Hydraulic Swim Platform. Below, she has three state rooms, each with en suites plus crew quarters in the transom.
    The middle range is over 1000nm at 9 knots.
    Beneteau upgrades its popular Swift Trawler line up to a 62 Ft trawler with the more robust ability to do longer passages in heavier conditions.
    Most Trawler brands have not considered that people buy boats in order to enjoy the views you are presented with, especially when traveling in exotic places. One walk through of the Grand Trawler will have you appreciate that in this case, Beneteau hit the nail exactly on the head.
    In the 60 foot trawler range, Beneteau competes with other established brands on the market: To receive a comparison in pricing, specs, layout and power with the Grand Banks 60, Absolute Navetta 58, Absolute Navetta 64, Sirena 58, Sirena 64, Fleming 58, Nordhavn 60, Pardo 60 and the Azimut Magellano 66, contact Grant at the below info.

    I wish this video was more organized. Seems like the camera just kept jumping around to parts of the boat without giving us a decent pattern to follow. And did we need so many slow-mo shots of the host?

      I apologize that we are not that professional, especially me the host. Believe me, I’m not that excited about being in front of the camera :)
      If you are a potential buyer I would be happy to take you on a tour of the actual boat. Please message or call Grant at 954 649 4957

      @discoveryachting  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No she is GRP, fiberglass, the same as most boats in this size range

      @@discoveryachting Is this suitable for arctic voyages? Looks better than an equivalent sized Bering but those are steel.

      @discoveryachting  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@MiguelCedenoLozano you will need a boat that is ice class certified for that. The hull needs to be strengthened for ice encounters, preferably steel. Are you planning on doing an arctic trip?

      @@discoveryachting Yes, distance and durability. Not sure if explorers and trawlers are completely different or similar. The terms seem to be arbitrary.

      Yes those terms can be interchangeable. I have done some ocean crossings and would be happy to discuss. Call or text me at 954 649 4958
