As a french mma fan, here's what I can say : the french MMA commission is awful and doesn't care about anyone, not even french fighters. We have already heared some wtf stories about their anti-doping practices from french MMA fighters. For exemple, did you know that french UFC fighters got controled by some french anti-doping agency WHILE MMA WAS STILL ILLEGAL in France ? Just let that sink in. What most likely happened is that french MMA fighters are controled all year long by the french commission so they did not need to "hold them hostage" after the weigh-in. And regarding the foreign fighters, well, since they can't control them all year long, they wanted to control them before the fight (and they will also control them after I'm sure) and did that like they always does : through sheer incompetence and disregard for the fighters. You have to understand that the french MMA commission and almost everybody gravitating around it don't give a crap about MMA as a sport. They are as involved and knowledgeable as the commission that is responsible for the 12-6 elbow ban and all these stupid rules back in the day in the US. Hopefully, things will change with time.

Considering all of them have fought globally and claim to have never had to do this, it's fair for them to complain. As a french mma fan, here's what I can say : the french MMA commission is awful and doesn't care about anyone, not even french fighters. We have already heared some wtf stories about their anti-doping practices from french MMA fighters. For exemple, did you know that french UFC fighters got controled by some french anti-doping agency WHILE MMA WAS STILL ILLEGAL in France ? Just let that sink in.
What most likely happened is that french MMA fighters are controled all year long by the french commission so they did not need to "hold them hostage" after the weigh-in. And regarding the foreign fighters, well, since they can't control them all year long, they wanted to control them before the fight (and they will also control them after I'm sure) and did that like they always does : through sheer incompetence and disregard for the fighters.
You have to understand that the french MMA commission and almost everybody gravitating around it don't give a crap about MMA as a sport. They are as involved and knowledgeable as the commission that is responsible for the 12-6 elbow ban and all these stupid rules back in the day in the US. Hopefully, things will change with time.

It's not the blood draw/urine that is corrupt; commissions, organizations, and fans worldwide SHOULD be more concerned about the levels of destruction they put their bodies through because of weight cuts. However, of the French commission is doing it for any fighter, it needs to do it for ALL fighters, and if they're excluding fighters (whether their own or not), THAT'S the corruption.
Australian commission literally did the same to non Australian fighters during the whole UFC 284 Volk vs Islam fight week.

Not just corrupt, also very dangerous to prolong someone being that dehydrated. If the UFC don’t even acknowledge this they literally don’t care about their fighters.
For someone who thinks it should be looked into, he sure is using a lot of definitive phrasing as if it's verified and confirmed. How Allen knows what the others went through is likely not possible. A more measured response before confirmation makes sense, (not this conditioned outrage, which is all the rage), as opposed to just assuming the UFC Shaman knows the story for every other fighter's post weigh-in comings and goings, or the behaviour of the French officials. We'll get the full story, maybe he's right, maybe not.

Considering all of them have fought globally and claim to have never had to do this, it's fair for them to complain. Neither you nor I know if any French fighters had to do it yet but the fastest way to get responses to issues is to express it vocally. Until a French fighter or commission member say otherwise and explain it was standard protocol across all fighters, it seems sketchy
