The tails he has are US spec. The cooler ones are Ziza Euro Spec reps that can be found on ECS :)

Does ECS even have customer service? each time I do chat they always respond "All Agents are Busy" EVERY SINGLE TIME even if they're not busy that chat button feature is a failure and they don't even follow up on your questions
