@@W-rock The controls is what held this game back other than that the story was ok and the ost was great and the game as a whole was a 7.1/10 the dark age games really aren’t even bad the only truly awful ones that were complete garbage was Sonic 06, Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic Free Riders that’s it really, everything else was pretty much great if not alright.
@@Skye2993 I've never considered them to be the 'dark ages'. I always called it the 'mature ages'. They always had the best stories and voice actors and i honestly really miss those times. Sure the controls for secret rings wasn't the best, but you get used to them quick. And really... Have there ever really been a good game with motion controls? XD
@@W-rock To answer your question on has there ever been a good game with motion controls No XD But yeah I will say I did enjoy Sonic Colors yeah Sonic was annoying in the story and Robotnik was a joke until the end but the game was pretty solid and I love Sonic Generations overall fun game but past that I didn’t really like anything else Sonic Lost World was confusing, Sonic Forces also was weird and Sonic Frontiers while I did like the game it wasn’t giving me that Sonic feel sure it was cool looking and flashy but I don’t know I wasn’t a fan of Frontiers even the music was like a mash of things wasn’t a fan of that either (Although some stage music I did enjoy) and the story was I don’t know how I feel about it I’m just eh to it but yeah played it once it’s a alright game I probably won’t pick it up again. Now the dark age games is where it’s at I pick them back up all the time except three of them which are Sonic 06, Shadow the hedgehog and Sonic Free Riders those can go take a hike and burn. But the others like Sonic Adventure to Black Knight and Unleashed I play a lot also can we please drop the whole Robotnik is a joke shtick this is my nostalgia talking but I miss when Robotnik was a threat and menacing like he was in the Classic trilogy games to Heroes (I’m going to throw Unleashed in there since he was great in that as well) I also miss Deem Bristow’s voice for Robotnik as well he had more of a bite to him as opposed to Mike Pollock who does a good job but it’s just missing that authority that Robotnik had in the Adventure games and Heroes.
If only I found this game when I was young when I had Black Knight. Cuz this game was Peak in OST and Story, but with sloppy controls. I wish to hear ya remix How It Started and It Has Come To This now. 😊
