I have 4 boys and they all grew up fishing around with me and my buddies and watching them grow and learn and get on fish is so rewarding and awesome to be apart of.thank you for sharing this brother 👍
Bro, fishing with your son is special! Watching my son catch his first steelhead was just about the best moment of my life! Enjoy your time with your boy!
Beau was 4 or 5 when he landed his first steelhead. I rigged his little rod with my worst bobber and jig lol. He went to a area i told him was to snaggy to fish. Next thing you know hes yelling "i got one" i tell him "no youre snagged" then the fish jumps. A moment I'll never forget
I miss fishing the Quinault and miss Robbin Rhoades. Can't believe it's been 18 years since I first met him and now he's gone. Landed a 27lb pound steelhead first trip with him. Never in my life would I think I'd top that..but I did. Fun rive to fish. Lots of kelts but if you keep fishing downriver from the bridge, one eventually finds the pod of freshies that came in with the night's tide.
Tandy was a greant athlete, heck of a baseball player, too. Arm like a cannon! Great guy, just like you! Jordan is the real deal, genuine guy, deadly fisherman. Your son scores again! I love watching him battle fish! This is one of my favorite channels, and i let people know about it. Great video!
Does Tandy guide for coho too? My dad and I are hoping to fish the quinault this fall for them and are looking for a guide. Awesome video, thank you for the footage.
Hell yeah looks like a good day! Even had Sean out there 🎥 sucks there was no footage of beau’s fish. Glad he got one! 🎣 I followed you from a live feed I think lol. Good stuff
@@fathersonoutdoors8049 right on! Would love to come up there and fish with y’all, I’ve never fished in Washington just Oregon for the few years I’ve lived here 🎣🐟

@@fathersonoutdoors8049 thank you for your reply I subscribed to your channel if you ever get the chance to come to kenai Alaska it's a great place to fish for sockeye and fall steelhead here
It looks like you launched the boat at my friend pete Wawasik AKA repete land by the bridge Tell him corey said hi if you see him Give Jordan a high five for me.
No offense I like Jordan but that goddam dog of his would trample my fishing stuff about 1 time also that constant barking and running all-over the damn boat that dog would act like that 1 time then it would of took a fishing rod across the top of his barking ass head no reason for that dog to go nuts like that all because someone hooks a fish

I think that was his name. He came by and said hello as we were launching
#norivernames
This river requires a native guide so i figured it wouldn't matter to name the river
Who’s the native guide you are with?
@@shaunlehman9158 his name is tandy. Didn't catch his business name
Do u need an Indian license for this river?
You just need to pay a guide from the tribe. It was an awesome river to float
Is it on the tribe website?
