As a Bangladeshi and a South Asian citizen I really like this advertisement of British Airways and I would like to say that this ad is very true.🇧🇩❤️🇮🇳❤️🇬🇧
this add wasn't stereotypical, it was filmed by indians and for indians, but was about BA. truly one of the greatest adds i have ever witnessed, good job ba.
India and BA is the most beautiful combination. The warmth and love of BA is unmatched so is ours here in India. Thanks BA for connecting the world for us.
Love the video!! 🤟 Myself being a pet lover & a per parent of a cute rabbit at my home, I would love to shout out a very special thanks for including this white cute bunny in the video!! Please take a bow, for making the amazing pet part of the amazing family in this amazingly moving video :)💌
British airways cancelled two of my fights in the same trip causing me to miss my connecting flight and had to travel 700km by car in Africa with people I didn’t know was a terrible experience thanks to British airways
Wait till the daughter gets to her flight and finds out she’s only getting one egg and a sausage because her flight departs at 1125am. British Airways. To Fly, To Starve. 😂
Seriously brought tears 🤧 They need to bring back the BA SARI AND SALWAR! That’s what made it truly feel like home ❤ But British airways no matter what their service still amazing
Well done BA your adverts always show a good message. One day i hope to be a BA 787 pilot flying to the Indian destinations preferably HYD as thats where i was born. I hope my dream happens and God guides me.
I got this video as an ad (I am looking at it eagerly, what happens next), when I am playing songs. And I wanted to see this again., I searched on youtube with "British Airways Family". After seeing this I dont know, why I got emotional!
Just booked a flight with my favourite airline today (BA) can’t wait to fly Toronto with the British airways 777-236 also I want to be an aircraft engineer with you guys when I’m older!!
Flew BA, LHR to Doha and then Qatar Airways to Bangladesh .... the leg from LHR to Doha on BA was first class. Great attentive staff. I had my 1 year old son with me and they were so nice in comparison to the service I had from Doha to Bangladesh.
One of the best airlines I travelled with I was so angry about when my flight was cancelled and delayed for the next day.Now thinking about it I feel I had a bad day and sometimes it happens 😊
I travel frequently between London and India. I enjoyed my trips with British Airways. They always showed empathy. Some of the air hostesses were truly brilliant.
It’s surprising that British Airways hasn’t taken a different approach with their recent adverts. The one with the elderly lady on the plane was so impactful-it felt deeply connected to the airline’s heritage and the U.K. itself. I was hoping for something similar, rooted in British identity. While I understand the global appeal of showcasing places like India, it feels less aligned with what I’d expect from BA. No disrespect to India, of course, but a focus on the U.K. could resonate more with the brand’s origins.
I'm a Indian... I always preferred BRITISH AIRWAYS that's my emotional and also happiness I have one request for British airways my state is kerala.. can you service LHR to COK flight operate Please.. 🙏🏻
Sorry to say we had worst experience with BA . We reserved business class for our elderly parents from LAX to BGLR so that they can have a smooth journey. But no. It didn’t happen. Boarding passes were not issued for the connecting flight at LAX, saying they cannot access.wheelchair assistance was very bad in the Heathrow airport, because of which missed the connecting flight and had to wait in the Heathrow airport for 11 long hours for next flight which they got after long hours of waiting and questioning. They were not even allowed into the lounge. Will never ever fly or suggest anyone fly again with BA.
400 years ago, they were a little more honest - it was the cannon and rifle offensive. Now it is the charm offensive. The intention HASNT changed in 400years - self enrichment. BA ought to provide free flights on business class to all Indian citizens for the next 200years.
All of a sudden the Indian customer base and their spending power matters to BA! When I flew BOM-LHR in September 2001 we weren’t given blankets because “they were being used for stranded passengers in the US after 9/11”. That’s right, blankets were diverted to Americans on the ground rather than Indians at 35,000 feet!
@@guinessbeer Yeah indeed mate! Selfish to expect to not be freezing cold up in the air and have the services you expect withdrawn and provided to others instead! I suppose an autumnal September in NY or LA required stranded passengers to be given blankets. Yeah selfish indeed!
British airways cancelled two of my fights in the same trip causing me to miss my connecting flight and had to travel 700km by car in Africa with people I didn’t know was a terrible experience thanks to British airways
What a racist stereotypical advertisement. Who tf still rides LML/Chetak? Most of the people have never seen that van because it has been DISCONTINUED for long time. People who travel abroad generally book modern 7-seaters like Innova, Carens, Vellfire or Fortuner. And this faded filter reminds me of those old documentaries about poverty of India.
Very moving. - the empathy across culturals is incredible. The best ever video I have seen from BA - and I recall Fly the flag from the 1980s!
The sensitivity and graciousness of this crew, embodies what British Airways is all about - connecting families/friends, in so many ways.
I cannot even think about flying other airlines….I love British Airways ❤❤
The Indian touch of foreign brands is what I always love ❤
Well done British Airways... this is class....

Proud to be a British airways staff ❤

WOW. This is an insanely good advert.
"A British Original" : three word horror story for many countries for many centuries...

I travel frequently between London and India. I enjoyed my trips with British Airways. They always showed empathy. Some of the air hostesses were truly brilliant.
And the award for the most unrealistic and misrepresentative advertisement of the year goes to…..
Care and affection, epitomised ❤
What a lovely ad it’s always British Airways with such heart warming ads

Aanya Pawar, leading artist, soaring the skies high…❤️
Love y’all BA 🇬🇧
This is 1980s India. Not now!
Or early 90s at best
British Airways cannot get my Baggage on time. I would not trust them to take me to the airport. But anyway the marketing team of BA is amazing.
Beautiful video
I'm a Indian... I always preferred BRITISH AIRWAYS that's my emotional and also happiness

Amazing film ❤️
1:49 Inaccurate! BA doesn’t fly B777 to DEL. Only B787 & A350
That's not really the point of the video.
@@abhinavkanoria7627 🤣

Kindly resume London Kolkata flight at least on biweekly basis. 😢
Nice video, but i doubt the crew bus would actually stop for a passenger and their family whose van has broken down.
👍
Nice
At least for the promo they have shown human touch
