Everyone’s heard of this guy but they never seem to know the fact that he didn’t actually believe the earth is flat. He said that to bring more eyes. It worked. Look it up.
I work with a flat earther. And here's the best part- we work for an airline. No joke. We both got a job at [redacted] Airlines in 2008, and he is truly a 100% flat earther. And me, him, and a bunch of coworkers have literally traveled the world together in the last 14 years (airline employees fly free). And til this very day, he's stuck to his guns and will defend the flat earth theory. The one thing that always stumps him tho, I ask him, "if the earth is flat, how far would I have to dig to come out of the other side?" and he never has an answer. He's a great coworker. He's fun to be around. He's just.... different? 😂 I have a bunch of videos asking him to explain his flat earth theory on my IG. They're classic. I was thinking of uploading some to TH-cam but I'd have to edit out our work uniforms, the names, logos, etc and it seems too much of a hassle.
The earth is flat, you should listen to your friend. Your stumper question is a fallacy, one would need to assume that there is an “other side” and also even if he gave you an answer there is no way for anyone to actually check. The deepest hole ever dug is 12.2km, assuming there is a verifiable answer, your friend could say 13km or 13,000km and no human on earth could verify it. You need to be very strong with logic to truly understand the flat earth theory and why it’s not just possible, but probable. And to further clarify I’ll ask you the same question based on your beliefs…If the earth is a Globe, how far would I need to fly to reach the other side of space? Good luck.
Can you ask him why anyone would lie about the shape of the earth? I mean for a conspiracy to be true there needs to be a logical reason and nobody profits off of lying about the earths shape. It just doesn't make any sense. It's like the chem trail people. They talk about the government spraying poison on everyone but what oxygen do the politicians breath that is different from everyone else?
