Only people with tiny hands can access the light bulb with headlight attached to the car.

Ill prob need this video to replace my low beam light bulb lol. I just cant replace it by feel, plus that spider clip thing that holds it in place came out, when trying to pop it up... Need the whole thing out now.
Can you get to it by just taking out the wheel dust cover?

Where did you get the replacement headlight assembly? I have - get this - a “bent wire” in my headlight assembly. That’s the wire that holds the lightbulb in place. The dealership quoted me $1,200 to fix it. A bent wire. $1,200.
I just went to eBay and searched for used. :)
I think there are two reasons
One they want you to bring it in.
Two it's a Mercedes and they want it to be theft proof.
That being said I've owned multiple Mercedes including two GLKs currently and there's a lot Mercedes can learn from Ford
For example the key pad entry on all my Lincolns.
I have had several Lincolns and that key code door entry is THE BEST.
Next Mercedes has the DREADED "automatic" windshield wipers instead of normal delay.
Drives me CRAZY!!!
Still they go fantastic on our long I95 highway in Maine.

@@DM-cx1ns well I have two currently they are great cars. They have lots of power and are very Reliable.
Still there are things that annoy one when you drive them a lot.
One Automatic windshield wipers.
I drive 3 hours a day everyday and you cannot put wipers on simple delay.
It's two stages of automatic before being on regular slow then fast
So the Automatic ultimately just keeps speeding up and ends up fast.
I know a stupid thing BUT one doesn't realize how much one uses delay wipers till you can't.
Another is they only warm up good on defrost.
Meaning in Maine winter you want to warm up your car before you get in it.
You cannot put in a remote starter like my Lincolns have (Bummer) so you have to go out and start it and then it takes quite a while to warm up.
I usually just drive it and it warms great once going down the road and stays that way warm. It s just the first warm up.
Don't get me wrong it's a great car just these little things.
Another is I cannot lock the door and leave it running.
Again to warm it up or more importantly when I have one of my dogs in it.
For example hot summer If I want to leave the dog in my Lincoln with AC on I can get out leave it running and lock it.
Then I can use a door code to get back in.
But the Mercedes I cannot do that
I even bought spare keys thinking I could but nope. Door won't lock with keys in the it.
Makes sense to not accidentally lock keys in your car but not for practical use.
Mostly its little issues like that

I think you forgot to address how to realigning the headlight... now that everything is messed up... no fun disassembling a second time
You can adjust it from the installed position.
