You know this had to be scary for Eggman. Imagine you’re in your mech suit trying to escape through space with an emerald containing unfathomable amounts of energy, and behind you is the fastest thing alive flashing all colors of the rainbow with freeze frames of himself behind, flying at the speed of light through asteroids and missiles like an every day obstacle. And yes, Hypersonic in lore goes at the speed of light. Eggman was just spamming everything he had left to save himself and get away with the Emerald, he also may also not know if Sonic’s power runs out anytime soon or not. Shit would be scary af.
Edit: Actually wait i don’t think Hyper Sonic is confirmed at the speed of light, but a source online said they’re pretty sure he’s at light speed, which is what i’d assume is his max speed, or close to it.
Yes but it was also scary for sonic knowing that he had a few minutes only and at any moment he can just die also the entire universe depended on sonic to stop eggman from ruling the universe and to restore peace to angle islands because the master emerald ain't no joke it carries so much power and if it goes in the wrong hand chaos all over the world would emerge that's why it's called chaos emeralds

@@JayWarudoto be fair I wasn’t a huge fan of the mobile soundtrack… Sounds pretty jarring to me for some reason. Would’ve been nice to have the option though for those who like it.

it would sound jarring for the ost to sound clean and then the regular s1 and 2 ost

Saben realmente si se analiza bien debio ser aterrador para sonic estar en esta situación osea tiene que perseguir a su mayor rival por el espacio y tiene una cuenta regresiva que le indica que si esta llega a 0 se acabo y muere en el espacio eggman almenos tenia su meca para protegerlo del espacio sonic solo tenia su transformación la cual como dije es una cuenta regresiva(esto por los rings) no cualquiera haria algo como eso y saldria vivo
