I though thrash had a come back in the mid 2000s. What with Trivium's The Crusade album being a sort of tribute to old school thrash and metal and Bullet For My Valentine's Scream Aim Fire album also taking a similar turn. Slayer became more popular then too. I think it was because Numetal was done and Metalcore was starting to get very samey. I've always loved Thrash and every year I'm discovering new old bands i never knew about.
I prefer Testament's old style, always had a bounce to the rhythm. While their newer stuff is good with fantastic drummers, they've lost that bounce feel IMO.

It’s great to see some positive content today. Things are terrible here in the U.S. It’s 10pm here in Phoenix, Arizona, and these so called protesters over the man who was murdered by the officer are looting all kinds of businesses, destroying property, friends of mine with children are hearing gun shots and worried about their safety. This is still happening in pretty much every state and most states now have a curfew. The national guard has been deployed in many states, it’s a damn war zone. Also people are burning down buildings. I sure hope you all are not dealing with that over there. This is messed up man. Be safe everyone. 🤘

Hey Ola, my question for the next FAQ: You have encouraged many other people to create content - will there be a chance that you create a video about you creating a video? Now this sounds incredible stupid, but I think it would be very interesting to see behind the scenes how you record, what you do when you do cut scenes (in case you stutter, speak shit or whatever), how you set up your camera, your lighting, your microphone/plugins, audio/video sync etc. eventually even diving into you editing the videos on the video editing software. I would super dig this, since I am very new to creating content and I find it very interesting how others approach this type of thing to do. Other workflows might lead to learning new stuff. Great channel, thank you very much for doing what you do. All success is well-earned!
I’m not into Orange but purchased a neon orange Jackson Soloist 2 years ago and love it because it’s so 80s hair metal. I don’t have the Pia and am an Ibanez guy and have 3 but I would totally pick the Pink too. It’s rad and cute hahahahahaha. Who cares! European milk chocolate is made from powdered milk. I prefer Swiss dark chocolate, and my ancestors were actually neighbors of Milton Hershey's ancestors... and I grew up only about 10 miles from Hershey! Haha
Little known fact about Hershey's chocolate : They use sour/spoiled milk on purpose when making the chocolate hence the vomit aftertaste. Hershey's with Almonds are much better!! Love the new bolt-ons ,by the way...can't wait until they're available,Ola!!

That amp sounds absolutely killing to me. I think I’ve asked you before but how do you feel about Iced Earth? You should do an “Ola checks out” for Iced Earth. For me they were the perfect discovery when Testament and Iron Maiden were my favorite bands. I also loved Death/Control Denied so I was ecstatic when Digiorgio and Christy were both on Horror Show.

American here and I can't stand Hershey's chocolate and most milk chocolate in general. Give me dark chocolate or give me nothing. 90% Lindt is my favorite.

Finally a Solar guitar with a maple fretboard. Ola i hope you expend your guitar line from metal to other styles as well. As someone who plays and listens to anything from blues to metal and even hiphop. I'm looking for guitars that can cover anything from blues to metal. And we can't always own many guitars as we age, priorities change and we unfortunately have less time to play. Something like a sg or a tele that you can play anything on. I like Solar guitars and as a fan i hope that you make guitars that are less metal yet still have the ability to pull off anything when needed! A tele style solar with a maple fretboard, i'd be the first to order 🙂

Yeah my eye-opening moment was when I had a Snickers for the first time in like 8 years and it tasted absolutely horrible. The chocolate isn't even chocolate anymore, its like 20% coco and 80% palm oil now.... and you can tell.

Yeah my eye-opening moment was when I had a Snickers for the first time in like 8 years and it tasted absolutely horrible. The chocolate isn't even chocolate anymore, its like 20% coco and 80% palm oil now.... and you can tell.
I would reccomend Japanese candy, the quality of the chocolate is exponentially better

Same here - I used to love Snickers in the 80's, then I noticed they began tasting bad in the early 2000's, so I read the ingredients and lo and behold, high fructose corn syrup.

What?!!! Hershey’s is awesome!! Maybe that chocolate bar was old or stale. I live in Pennsylvania where Hershey’s is made, and there is nothing better than fresh Hershey’s chocolate.

Have to admit I agree with the gloss guitar statement, I must be one of the only people on the planet that doesn't like the satin finishes and prefers a glossed body and neck! :p
At the beginning of the video I knew that guitar sounded strangely like a strat and I thought it was the maple fingerboard, but then you said it was a bolt on. So yeah you can definitely hear that
