You can't use these in micro mode but you can use it in grill and convection mode

Which mode of grill should i use - grill 1 or grill 2?
What the name of that plat for the grill?
I did the same like you grilled fish on both sides with 7 minutes on both sides of fish but it didnt cook the fish was raw.
To cook I had to press charcoal button and spin the cooking mode to ch5 so it went to pre heat mode after beep I kept the fish on high rake with tawa after some time again it beeped and I changed fish side and hit start button.
But also it was not cooked so again I did the charcoal process.
I did twice the charcoal process but this time inside meat of fish was cooked the outer layer was like rubber.
I left outer layer and eat inside fish that is white meat with chutney.
may be it depends upon the type of fish ( like river fish or sea fish).
once try to grill the fish for 10 minutes on one side and 9 minutes on another side. (marinate the fish for atleast 2 or 3 hours
I used mackerel Indian even if 10 minutes you put on grill mode it wont burn the flesh.

is it possible to have both microwave and the oven on together? isn't the metal material we put the chicken on not allowed while having microwaves on?
I believe those microwaves have a "combination mode" and yes when the microwave is in operation the radiation will arc off the metal.

I always make cheese burst bread pizza using grill mode only and using that rack it tastes awesome. But once I tried using rack with combi(convection and grill) and it started sparking😂

as far as I knew,
for grill mode - only utensils made of metal should be used. i.e the non stick pan given with oven itself.
for micro mode - utensils made of glass, silicon & microwave safe plastic can be used.

When I do this more water oozes out of fish how to avoid that ?
After cleaning and washing your fish properly, allow the excess water to drain out maybe by putting it in a colander, then you marinate and refrigerate for at least one hour or more, before grilling inside the oven.

to make grilled chicken we have to grill the chicken / leg piece one side for 8 to 9 minutes and the other side too for 7 to 8 minutes.

@@HappywomanHappyhome my oven is same as yours. The smoke comes out when I am preheating. And when I am grilling the fish, there is a fire inside. What was the cause?
Remove any food particles/food residue or grease in the oven as they can cause sparks due to carbonization.
use only microwave safe bowls/trays.
check if metallic part of the container touched the inner cavity walls of the oven.
don't use containers with silver lining as they can cause sparks.
