Hey Ritegn, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to ask you a few questions about pursuing clinical pharmacy in Australia. After completing my Pharm D from India, what steps should I take if I want to work as a clinical pharmacist in Australia? Do I need to take the OPRA exam first? Which English proficiency test should I take? After qualifying through the OPRA exam, do I have to work as an intern pharmacist, and is there another exam after that?
Hi !!👋🏻 Thank you for your comment! Australian university will give you complete guidance regarding the pharmacy practice and knowledge- which will help you to clear your internship exam in first attempt- I hope this piece of information will be helpful to you!!

Hi , ritegn 1) i heard there are a lot of students have passed kaps exam but there are serious backlogs of visa's especially for 190 and 491 visa in Australia , 2) and whats current situation for jobs after after kaps or Opra exam ? 3) Do Australia n employers really sponser visa (407 ,482) for kaps qualified students for offshore applicants please answer thses questions .
@@jayshrideshmukh9497 Thank you for your comment! 1. You heard that right currently Australian immigrants department is not granting many 190 and 491 visa for pharmacist candidates because pharmacist profession was top most priority during covid years (2020,2021 and 2022) and they have grant a lot of visa in those 3 years 2. If you are experience and ready to move anywhere in Australia - finding job will not be so challenging. 3. Answer is No - Why would a pharmacy owner sponsor offshore candidates if they already have enough onshore candidates I hope this bit of information will be very helpful for you! Thank you!
